Adele Apartments at Tribeca

The service was terrible, didn’t get a pass for the pool and gym, then had to call up get one, didn’t work. They say parking is $28 a day, got charged over $50 for less than $24 hours. No instructions, got extra charges you don’t get told about. Would not stay here again

Great hotel. Only feedback is couldn’t use tv as it didn’t work. I think just flat remote batteries

Easy to get to, excellent instructions re lock box. Clean and good towels/bedding. Plug for kitchen sink would have been good, and some small shelves in bathroom for storage. Great area, close to tram

The apartment was dirty, mould in bathroom and overall maintenance and repair was at a poor level

Beds firm, and instructions needed for appliances.
Good position for getting to the MCG.
Checkin was not working properly, staff could not work it. Had to be done manually. Would be much better if someone was at the reception area, to deal with clients.

Great place to stay

Comfortable stay with 3 couples with enough beds for everyone. Easy access and excellent customer service. Will definitely stay agin and recommend to others of a great place to stay.
Room for improvement darker blinds in lounge especially if guests are sleeping in there, central aircon or split systems in bedrooms (Darwin people can only sleep with aircon or fans 😊)

Good location close to the trams, makes it easy to access transportation! Apartment was overall clean, although did smell of cigarettes. Gym and pool are beautiful.
Staff was very helpful!! We had to check in after 1 AM and were sent the wrong access information, but they answered the phones and got it sorted right away.
Would definitely stay again!!

There could have been more utensiles and other materials. We were living in the apartment for 3 days so could have done with a colander, pepper and salt, more tea and coffee, more toilet paper, a tin opener. Just some of the little things.
The view and location were awesome.

We stayed here when visiting Melbourne for a concert at Rod Laver arena. Great apartment - had everything we needed. The cafe and supermarket below were also very handy.

I did love the department, I didn’t know all the areas because I was just going out and it was too cold so I didn’t have time to swim as my kids were asking me that when are we going to swim? But my answer was, is too cold.

Despite previous rating I need to review it due to stresses at the time. Location was ideal for me, bedding etc was great as was washer and dryer. Location ideal as the 109 & 12 tram were out the front.

Great IGA in area and coffee shop around the corner.

Perfect location and bed was comfortable. Living room set up cozy.
I think the room was clean overall but due to the tired state of areas it was difficult to be sure. Many things would be minor maintenance fixes, like a coat of paint over scarred doors etc.
As for service...there is no reception and no staff. You have to "pre check-in " online which initially didn’t even work and involved phone calls.
I only got out of the carpark because someone else arrived as my fob seemed to stop working.
If I stayed again it would be purely based on location.
