Clean room, toilet and shower.
Staff were nice and gave ne water bottle when I arrived. I did not have water at the time so helped me out a lot.
I dropped my room key while I was out but they told me I don't have to pay the fee to replace. Just to give good and fair reviews. Customer service is really good. This is my first solo trip and they made it a little better.
A little noisy during the evening. Cleaning starts at around 9 so wake up before then.

The staff member was very friendly, always smiling, and responded quickly when we informed her about an issue with the light in the room.
I have stayed at this hotel before and have never been disappointed.
The location is excellent, the room is spotless, very well equipped, and feels safe and secure.
The downside is that we were given a rather noisy room.
Even when we tried to close the windows as much as possible, we could still hear a lot of noise from outside. Also, the kitchen light was not working.
We didn't get there until very late as our flight was late. It was a very comfortable room and the beds were great.
We didn't know what was going to be in the kitchen and unfortunitley there was no milk for a late night cuppa tea.
Location was good
The shower facilities were unhygienic with shower having soap scum build up, one shower was broken the door.
Excellent location to Roma street station. My 2nd visit to K2@ Brisbane. Very friendly and helpful staff ( Daniel + Lucy ) A good all round clean and well kept accommodation. Bedroom and shared bathrooms were immaculately kept and clean. A lovely place to stay.
