Some rubbish and food still in room when we checked in
Room very small
The only positive points were the convenient location close to the station and the fact that the shared bathrooms were clean.
Bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting. I only realized at the end of my stay that the bites all over my body were coming from the bed in room 17. This completely ruined the experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this room.
On top of that, the room was tiny, the bed was awful and uncomfortable, and there was no cleaning at all during the entire week. For the price paid, this place is extremely overpriced and definitely not worth it.
Would not recommend.

K2 Brisbane is an upscale hostel-hotel offering clean and comfortable accommodation with shared bathrooms. The beds are good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Its location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. What truly sets this place apart is the receptionist, who is outstanding and always ready to help with a friendly attitude. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. If you're looking for a quality stay in Brisbane without breaking the bank, K2 is a great choice for both short and long visits.
However, there are too many additional charges. For example, they charge 10 AUD just to store your bag for a few hours until check-in time, along with several other extra fees. Additionally, the bed sheets and doona cover do not meet the required health standards. The inside of the doona cover often comes out, which could potentially contribute to the spread of skin diseases between guests.
