Hearing people have sex next to me on one side then hearing people go to the toilet on the other. Walls were paper thin
Very handy to Suncorp stadium and was very clean
Affordable for the area. The common kitchen/lounge was large and well-stocked, and the bathrooms were very clean and modern. For what's essentially a private room in a hostel (they'd probably prefer "guesthouse" haha), the facilities overall were good.
My room, besides simply being old and small, had a musty smell that no amount of ventilation would fix. That was it for me.
It was clean and comfortable and convenient. They let me check in a little early so I could change for a wedding.
My key tab would not work on the front gate after hours, even though it worked in the inside doors. I had to stand in drizzle and wait for another tenant to happen to come out.
There was cereal in dispensers available for breakfrast but no crockery to eat it with
