Great place to get some rest. Love their toiletries in the bathrooms.
Pros:

Very clean and quiet place. Friendly staff. Have stayed here 4 times in the last 2 months. Great budget accommodation.

Pros:

スタッフのDanielはとても親切でユーモラスでした。部屋の設備に問題はありましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。バス停が付近に複数あり、Cityや郊外へのアクセスが容易です。周辺の治安も良いです。部屋は狭めですがとても快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が低く、体を洗うのに少し時間がかかりました。また、宿泊中に部屋のドアが壊れて大きく開かなくなりました（ただ、スタッフはすぐに対応してくれました）。

Comfy and good stay overall
Pros:

Easy to reach the Ekka. Room had aircon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also paid parking available.

Cons:

Rooms are a little small but saying that it’s good value for money and clean and tidy. WiFi did not seem to work on my stay so was unable to connect tv to my Netflix account

The problem wasn’t that something went wrong — it was how the hotel chose to handle it.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the property itself was generally clean and comfortable. The initial check-in was straightforward.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the way a room issue was handled significantly affected my stay. On my first night, I was unable to sleep properly because extremely loud snoring from the neighbouring room could clearly be heard through the wall. I completely understand that the hotel cannot control another guest snoring, and I did not blame the other guest.

My issue was the response when I asked for help. I was told I could not move rooms that day and would have to wait until the following day, which I understood. However, despite having one continuous four-night reservation, I was then expected to completely vacate my room at 10am and wait until 2pm for the replacement room, leaving me without a room for four hours in the middle of my stay.

I asked for a more practical solution, such as remaining in my existing room until the replacement was ready or transferring directly between rooms. I was also told upgraded rooms were available, but only if I paid an additional fee.

I eventually escalated the issue to Booking.com. They attempted to resolve it with the property but informed me they were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation and ultimately provided me with a travel credit themselves.

The original noise problem was unfortunate and could happen anywhere. What disappointed me was the lack of flexibility and service recovery afterwards.
