Pros:

Eravamo in 4 con al seguito 4 e-bike, siamo arrivati all'albergo verso le 20.00 con le batterie scariche dopo un giorno di pedalata. Con nostra grande sorpresa troviamo l'albergo chiuso. Chiediamo spiegazioni a gente del posto e ci viene detto che l'albergo è chiuso da circa un anno. Ci ritroviamo così senza un posto per dormire . Il telefono della struttura risultava inesistente ed Expedia era impossibile contattarla.Vorrei far provare a voi di Expedia quello che abbiamo provato noi. Una cosa inconcepibile. Credo che farò una denuncia legale, e chiederò risarcimento per danni morali. Un consiglio: non prenotate alberghi con Expedia. Vergognaaa!!!!!

Parfaitement déçue!
Pros:

La chambre n’est pas équipée de ventilateur ou climatisation, impossible d’y dormir avec la chaleur.
Par ailleurs, l’hôtel ne se trouve absolument pas à 35km de la spezia.
Devant ces deux problèmes, j’ai demandé à réduire mon séjour, aucun remboursement!
