Pros:

Location is not in town but in the horizons golf course. Not walkable to town so you do need a car but there is an excellent shuttle service as well if you don’t have a car. Easy to get to Soldiers Point and Nelson Bay for dinner and the supermarket.

Cons:

The EV chargers need to be highlighted and also need cables to connect to the car.
