Amazing!
Pros:

The fella was EXCEPTIONAL he was super nice and very helpful 😊 it was a gorgeous private little space right across from the beach and they had cereal and eggs a coffee machine it was lovely , very friendly and amazing staff.

Cons:

Couldn't say there was anything we were unhappy about 😊

Pros:

Amazing location, walk to the pier and get a coffee in the mornings. Straight across from the beach.
The room had a huge tv and big comfy couch and great kitchen area. The outdoor area was beautiful looking out at sea views. Highly recommended.

Unit was great but dated will need a revamp soon. Windows ont clean dust on windowsill behind toilet door not cleaned. N
Pros:

Location was perfect property needs a little bit of attention parking area especially bushes need trimming

Cons:

Car exit gate remote had a mind of its own. One minute it would work the next it wouldn’t

Comfortable but a bit expensive overall and there was no pool.
Cons:

No air con in room was hot. The small fan provided was too noisy. There was no hairdryer, ironing board or iron.

Great location
Pros:

Overall suited the needs and we would stay there again with more modest expectations...price was right.
Great location to the beach and eateries would be the overarching comment.

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare, most guests we spoke to thought it was very ho-hum
Step up on the porch, kept us tripped up - we're fit mid 50's, would be a bit disastrous.
Cob web's in the outdoor light...maintenance is a bit off beat...I'm no handyman, but I could've done a better job of some of the patches.

The apartment location was excellent, the rooms were a good size.

Cons:

The bathroom unfortunately smelt like urine after the shower was used for the duration of our stay.
Would have been better if all the food items were individual items. Examples; the butter had the appearance of being melted on several occasions and the coffee smelt old and not usable.

Cozy and comfortable but a bit over priced for what it is.
Pros:

Cozy, very family friendly and accommodating, secure, safe, great variety in the light breakfast supplied in the kitchen, easy check in

Cons:

The family’s above and beside us were very loud even though inside it’s sound proof still doesn’t stop the thumping and stomping. Bathroom floor Lino was lifting between the shower and toilet and to walk over felt like a whole bunch of stones/ gravel was shoved underneath the lino. Found numerous clothing tags and stickers from previous people through out, under towels, in the bedroom, behind the bed head. Although it’s a nice area and cozy I do think it’s very over priced for what is it considering what I paid for two nights was about $200 more then what a week stay in surfers paradise cost me, It was between Christmas and new year to if that is to blame.
