Pros:

Secure parking wonderful big tv nice beds food in fridge for breakfast

Cons:

Flat batteries in gate opener beds were a bit wobbly not tight bolts.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable but had some repairs that did not look safe

Cons:

While we appreciate the front security camera and the ones in the carpark area, they are overkill to be spying on the unit area. The terms and conditions on having no visitors did not make for an enjoyable stay. All in all, if you want a chill go with the flow vibe this is not the place.

It was like a scam...
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The property was so overvaliue, so it is very hard to talk about anything else. I wouldn`t even give a 3 star for the property. I had a perfect Bay Apartaments nearby ten times better for a better price. The price for one night shouldn`t be more than $150 ,I paid more than dubble. Even some extra bond (for what?) I had to call and ask for return as it didn`t happen on time.

There were no staff for check in. The shower was old, and not very good pressure
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the Esplanade.

Cons:

I had trouble checking in, and found out while doing this that a $50 deposit was require before the code for the gate and room was given. There were no staff on location which made everything a little difficult.

Well set out and designed unit
Pros:

The unit was a great size, the lounge was very comfortable, the television was huge, the kitchen was well stocked and had a pod coffee machine. There was real milk in the fridge

Cons:

Contactless check in was easy but the information supplied was difficult to read on the phone. There was no light at the front door which made it difficult to navigate after dark

Lovely property but withheld my deposit without communication!
Pros:

Location was great, excellent facilities including laundry (without having to supply your own laundry powder!), coffee machine, breakfast provisions in the fridge and ample parking.

Cons:

Our experience would have been flawless however 2 weeks post our stay I realised my deposit was not refunded to me. When i followed up, i was sent a video alleging us smoking on the premises but it was not us in the video. No communication with us at all. The funds were subsequently returned but if i didnt reconcile my bank statement i wouldn't have known. Very pool form.

Good value for money
Pros:

Nice vibe and outdoor gardens. Large apartment with lots of supplies to make your own breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom of room 1 was a little tired and could do with some attention.

An extremely poor experience from the outset, beginning with the initial booking made through Booking.com.

The condition of the floors at the time of check-in was completely unacceptable. As evidenced by the video and photographs, there was a significant build-up of grime and visible debris that had clearly not been addressed, falling well below the expected standard of cleanliness.

Most concerningly, despite reporting these hygiene issues at approximately 9:00pm, the management team refused to send anyone to inspect the property at that time, although a full refund was initially offered.

In order to make the accommodation tolerable to stay in, I undertook basic cleaning myself after documenting the condition. However, the management team only attended the property on the day of check-out, at which point they asserted that the condition was acceptable and subsequently withdrew the previously agreed refund.

This handling of the situation is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean and spacious.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 549 Apartments. Well stocked kitchen with great breakfast options, enough variety.

Loved the massive TV for catching a bit of footy...
