very comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Nice large unit with space. Added extras with breakfast items and coffee pods.
Bed nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Didnt like the instructions to self book. The wording on the SMS didnt make sense
Couldnt find iron or ironing board.
Maybe having a coffee table in front of the lounge to make it more homey.

Pros:

Location good. Had been renovated recently so it seemed clean. Beds where very comfortable. And the eggs and bread for breakfast was a very nice touch.

Cons:

The kitchen was a little dirty when we stayed. There was milk left under coffee machine when I pulled it out and certain things where greesy but we gave it a really good clean before we left for the next people to stay. I sent a message l the day before to ask for a early check in as we had to be at the bayswater for a function at 2 but I didnt recieve a reply message so we arrived late to our function. Im not worried about missing the function just the communication with no response from phone number that was listed in the hotels information website.

Disappointed - misleading photos and description
Pros:

Good location on the Esplanade

Cons:

“Sea view” room description and photos very misleading. No sea view unless you sit backwards on the couch or prepared to sit in a common space.

Summer would be a struggle. “Air conditioning” is and air conditioner in the main room, fans in bedrooms.

We left a day early, wasn’t what we expected at all. Negative reviewers preemptively labelled “bitter Karens”

Weekend away
Pros:

Apartment was clean with a great location. The continental breakfast was fabulous with an assortment of toppings, cereals, eggs, bread , tea & coffee. Kitchenette had everything we wanted. When I had to contact the leasing company they replied immediately with my answers. Couldn't fault them.

Cons:

Can't say there really was anything I didn't like, but the weather wasn't too good which stopped us being able to use the outdoor area, so we were indoors a little more. This was out of 549's control.
