Great location.
There isn’t a view. No air con in the bedrooms, only one room had an extra fan. The extra deposit is annoying when you’re travelling around, too many messages.
I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this property immediately and remove them as a service provider. A platform like Booking.com should protect its customers, not enable rogue hosts to extort money from guests after they leave. Please take action before more travelers fall victim to this scam!

The condition of the floors at the time of check-in was completely unacceptable. As evidenced by the video and photographs, there was a significant build-up of grime and visible debris that had clearly not been addressed, falling well below the expected standard of cleanliness.
Most concerningly, despite reporting these hygiene issues at approximately 9:00pm, the management team refused to send anyone to inspect the property at that time, although a full refund was initially offered.
In order to make the accommodation tolerable to stay in, I undertook basic cleaning myself after documenting the condition. However, the management team only attended the property on the day of check-out, at which point they asserted that the condition was acceptable and subsequently withdrew the previously agreed refund.
This handling of the situation is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

Great location and overall really happy.
Fridge was a little small for three people but other than that everything was great.
We did not stay in this apartment because we were unable to complete the security deposit procedure and the associated registration formalities.
No one informed us at the time of booking that such requirements existed, or that there was no reception desk on-site.
Furthermore, they still haven't refunded our money.
EV charging available which was a fantastic addition. Rooms are large with all the cooking facilities you need.
Room is excellent. Spacious and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Just opposite the ocean. Self serving breakfast. Fresh eggs, toast and cereals. Great coffee.
No view of the ocean from the room. You would need to sit outside on the balcony to enjoy the view.

It looks and feels like a jail. Long involved process to get in ie send a photo of your ID, follow a link to pay a deposit. This can be difficult when you're travelling. The place is old eg paint peeling and the outside was dirty and covered in dust and leaves. Cockroach in the kitchen. The person I spoke with was condescending 'You need to keep up with technology and AI'. ( I've used lock boxes with keys lots of times in Europe). The fob to drive in didn't work so I had to put in the combination on the front gate, run around to the exit gate, push the exit button then run back to the car and drive in. Breakfast ($30) consisted of a dozen eggs, in the fridge, dry bread, opened (and used) butter, jam, peanut butter and vegimite (Yuk!). And hoons raced noisily up and down the Esplanade in the night. Terrible.
