Pros:

Except the shower , rest of the recently renovated hotel was great.

Cons:

The shower was a total disaster as the water comes out in loads through the poorly sealed split glass doors. This left the rest of the floor soaking wet all the time.

Très belle prestation dans un.immeuble ancien en plein cœur de Naples
Pros:

La personne qui m'a accueilli a été très chaleureuse et professionnelle !
Les chambres sont toutes neuves, dans un immeuble ancien à 100 mètres de la gare Centrale de Naples et sur la Place Garibaldi
La décoration est chic, melangeant moderne et ancien avec bonheur !
Je n ai jamais vu une chambre aussi impeccablement propre !! 0 défaut !!

Pros:

夜のフライトだったので、空港バスでナポリ中央駅に23時過ぎに到着しました。こちらのホテルは大通りに面しており、空港バス降り場からすぐだったので迷わず安全に到着できました。部屋は清潔でエアコンの効きも良かったです。ホテルは総合ビルの一角で、出入口の扉とエレベーターは歴史を感じましたが、ホテル内は近代的で快適です。非常にオススメです。

Pros:

Excellent value, close to main train station. Tricky to find even though it’s on main thoroughfare. You have to enter a fairly anonymous building and go up some stairs (or use ancient elevator). However, what you find on entry is a modern, newly refurbished and smart small hotel with reasonable sized rooms. Have to mention air con which looked brand new and was ultra quiet unlike some others we experienced on this trip

Lovely room - shame about Natasha
Pros:

The hotel was right in Piazza Garibaldi - right outside the station. The room was great - spacious, clean, big bed, lovely bathroom and shower. We didn't use it, but a nice looking room for coffees etc. Not sure if they did breakfast.

Cons:

Natasha was remarkably unfriendly and abrupt. We had missed the last train back to Sorrento so booked a room on booking.com. We obviously didn't have our passports, and only had non EU (UK) driving licences as photo id. She said that we could not stay as the police wouldn't accept that as valid id, and asked three times if we had photocopies of our passports - obviously not and already told you twice. We had to insist she try our driving licence numbers - she wasn't going to. Of course it was ok - no apology.

The hotel was slightly hard to find - only a small plaque as it shares the building with businesses.

As it was right in the piazza, it was a bit noisy.
