Eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Super Lage, unmittelbar beim Bahnhof Termini und bei der U-Bahn Bahn-Station, mit unscheinbarem Eingang. Der kleine Aufenthaltsraum mit einem Kaffeeautomaten, mit allen gängigen Kaffeespezialitäten kostenlos und immer frisches Wasser auf dem Zimmer war sehr angenehm, dazu das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet im Nachbarhotel. Das Zimmer war groß und modern. Es gibt einen in die Jahre gekommenen Aufzug, fast historisch. Funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Mit einem Video vom Hotel haben wir sowohl den Hotelzugang gefunden als auch den Fahrstuhl gemanagt.

Cons:

Das Hinterhaus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig heruntergekommen, italienisch eben. Die Nächte auf der Piazza Garibaldi sind lebhaft und laut. Da helfen auch die modernen Fenster, Fensterläden und dicken Vorhänge nicht, nur Ohrstöpsel oder ein Zimmer zum Innenhof.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room, very thoughtful to have a relax room on site. Helpful staff to show how to get to breakfast room. Enough variety of food to choose from at breakfast.

Cons:

At the beginning it was hard to open and close the old fashioned elevator. But we quickly got used to after a few practices and loved it. Because we had known such elevators by watching movies only, now it came into real life.

Pros:

A hidden (literally, it's hidden on the second floor of the back-alley) gem! But the Host sent us clear video how to get to the place, so it's was no problem. Best pillows ever! Location is prima! Everything tip-top.

Cons:

The rooms are small sure, and the corridor is like a maze, but this is a minor nitpick.

Pros:

Чудовий невеличкий готель біля центрального залізничного вокзалу. Дуже зручна локація для короткої подорожі. В пішій доступності від історичного центру та основних памʼяток. Прямо біля готелю розташована станція метро, що робить пересування містом дуже зручним. Неймовірна адміністратор Наталія нас зустріла, надала всю необхідну інформацію та рекомендації по відвідуванню. Загалом - дуже приємне враження від готелю. Рекомендую для відвідування

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, al lado de Napoli Centrale y el metro.

Cons:

El edificio donde está el hotel es algo feo. A veces salía olor a podrido del baño. El desayuno es en el hotel contiguo, podría haber algo más de variedad y mejor atención, la chica que atendía y preparaba los cafés lo hacía de mala gana.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit to Naples thanks to the staff at Hotel 22
Pros:

The connivance to the trains and metro, restaurants in the area, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable common space with a cool coffee machine. Bath and shower facilities were wonderful.

Cons:

Our mini-fridge didn't work. The entrance at street level is a bit unimpressive, but don't judge a book by it's cover.

Comfortable hotel with great and friendly staff.
Pros:

Our journey to Naples was a little rough, causing us to arrive later then originally planned - but as soon as we arrived we were met by incredibly warm and inviting staff who really made us feel at home. Thankfully we discovered that check in was 24 hours so despite arriving after midnight, we had no issues with our delay, which we really appreciated. We stayed here for a week and throughout the week, the staff continuously made us feel welcomed. The room itself, while small, was comfortable for a couple and we were always on the go, so really was a non-issue. The hotel itself is more less right in front of the train station and metro so one can easily start the day on the right foot. The hotel staff also allowed us to keep our bags stored on the premisses after check out - which we really appreciated as our return flight wasn't until later in the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would recommend and consider staying again if we return to Naples.

Cons:

A breakfast was included in the cost of our room. Somewhat strangely we had to go to the hotel next door to get the breakfast, at the end of the day this is a minor issue however, the breakfast itself is not great. It's a buffet styled breakfast but the options are limited. Really, it just wasn't for us - especially considering their is a café on the corner with a much better selection, out door seating, and good pricing. While we would stay again, we wouldn't include a breakfast.
