Good location, on High St Maitland. Very clean.

Cons:

The hot water wasn’t working for the first day. Not ideal when it’s cold.

Great stop over in the centre of Maitland
Pros:

We just had an overnight stay at Punthill on our drive through to Sydney. It is in a great location right in the centre of Maitland so restaurants and coffee bars are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the Reception staff were very helpful. Thank you for a nice stay.

Very good. Staff was good. TV couldn’t connect to YouTube or Netflix.

High Quality with excellent staff
Pros:

Clean and modern and very friendly staff - super helpful and check everything was OK. The location is directly opposite cafe open early.

Cons:

Toilet cistern kept filling needs a little maintenance - no on site breakfast yet - apparently its coming soon
