객실 컨디션이나 위치는 좋았지만
엘리베이터 이용과 좁은 주차공간은 여행기간중 스트레스였어요.
사람은 많은데 엘베는 저층 고층이용으로 나뉘어 단 2대 뿐... 2~3번은 만원으로 그냥 내려가기 일수였어요.. 주차 공간도 너무 좁아서 왔다갔다하기 힘들었어요. 개선이 시급하네요

다시는 가고 싶지 않은 숙소
Pros:

가격대비 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 2박 하는 경우에는 룸 청소가 별도로 없었고 4명이 묵었는데 타월과 물은 2개만 제공이 되었는데 그것도 문앞에 걸어주었습니다. 엘리베이터는 많은 후기를 통해 알고는 있었지만 이정도로 심각할 줄은 몰랐습니다. 그나마 경치는 좋은데 그 외에 장점은 하나도 없는 곳입니다. 호텔은 아니라고 생각하시고 가야할 것 같습니다. 일박에 5만원 아래일 때는 추천합니다. 하지만 그 이상인 경우에는 다른 곳을 가시는 것을 추천합니다.

두번째 속초여행인데 숙박지는 좋았어요..뷰도 좋았고 시내에 위치해 있어 이동 할 때도 동선이 짧아 좋았어요

인덕션 이용 안되고 전자렌지는 없어서 1층 공용 전자렌지 3대로 이용해야 함. 엘리베이터는 느리고 불편함

호텔 위치나 방은는 너무 좋았어요.
다만 체크인 예약 조회도 제대로 안되서 체크인이 불편했고, 엘레베이터는 너무 불편했어요

신축, 해수욕장 가까움
단점 :
1. 신축임에도 엘리베이터 사용이 너무 힘듬 호텔객실수 및 건물 크기 대비 턱없이 부족해 체크인 체크아웃 시간에 만차여서 몇턴 돌려 보내고 엄청 기다려야함 물론 식사시간도 예외 없음

2. 체크인이 늦으면 호텔에 주차 못함 근처 공영주차장 이용해야함.

숙소는 정말 좋았는데 샤워기 수압이 너무 약하고 주차장이 협소하고 특히 엘리베이터는 문제예요 많이 불편했어요 주차장이나 엘베는 쉽게 수정이 안될 시설의 문제이니 당장은어쩔수 없지만 샤워기 수압은 바로 고치셨음 좋겠어요

(좋은점) 지은지 얼마 안 된 곳이라서 그런지 객실 상태는 엄청 좋아요~ 오피스텔로 지었다가 호텔로 바꾼건지 객실 내 쿡탑/세탁기는 있는데 못 쓰게 되어 있고, 외관은 아파트/오피스텔 같아요.

(안좋은점) 전체 객실이 570객실이 있는데 엘레베이터 4대 그것도 고층용 2대 저층용 2대는 너무한 것 아닌가요 ㅠㅠ 1인 거주하는 오피스텔이어도 붐빌것 같은데 휴가때 가족단위로 갔더니 정말 엘베 때문에 스트레스..
그리고 주차장도 헬이었어요 B1-5층까지 총 6층 쓸 수 있는데 주차 대수 부족해서 밤 늦게 온 분들이 통로에 대놓으셔서 차 빼기가 힘들었어요ㅠㅠ
