Booking.com described our room with the following facilities ...guests will have a special experience as this suite offers a infinity pool, a hot tub and a sauna. Providing free toiletries, this suite includes a private bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a hairdryer. The suite provides a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a flat-screen TV, as well as qarden views. The unit offers 1 bed.
This was untrue we had a bed and a bathroom . A kettle was provided but no cups or tea/coffee. Our meal was chaotic..they were not prepared for such a large group and the staff didnt know what they were doing

Ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame receptioniste. Mochten eerder inchecken ivm slecht weer.
Heerlijk ontbijt en diner.
Ruim, verwarmd zwembad. Prima kamer met balkon. Heerlijke douche.

Pros:

Struttura storica e perciò personale con un suo carattere secolare. Nonostante le radici passate le camere e servizi sono moderni.
Abbiamo anche provato e apprezzato la piscina e idromassaggio.
Interessante la possibilità di cenare in loco. Un plus imprevisto la possibilità non solo di parcheggiare ma di ricaricare (a pagamento) auto elettrica con fast recharge

Familiar, acogedor, con encanto y buena ubicación para paseos.
Pros:

Muy familiar. Tiene mucho encanto y el personal es muy servicial, atento y nada complicado.

El hotel es grande y tiene además una piscina y varios saunas. Hay un salón de juegos con billar, pin pon y fulbito de mesa.

Los cuartos son modernos y cómodos.

El restaurante es bonito, rico y de precios adecuados.

El parqueo es grande y gratis.

La colazione era varia e di buona qualità. Attenzione perchè gli ultimi che scendono a colazione trovano alcuni alimenti gà finiti. Belle le escursioni vicine e la possibilità di visitare Bolzano e al vicina valle del Traminer. Bene la possibilità di cenare, cena buona. Gentile lo staff alla reception che dà buone informazioni

Hotel in posto strategico per varie attività.
Pros:

Colazione buona. Mi sarebbe piaciuto farla all'aperto visto che c'era lo spazio con una bella vista.

Gepflegtes familiengeführtes Hotel mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Wir waren zum Zweiten mal da und haben kostenlos ein besseres - neu renoviertes - Zimmer bekommen. Die Familie kümmert sich um das schöne Hotel und renoviert Schritt für Schritt auf einen aktuellen Standard. Das Schwimmbad ist für die Hotelgröße außergewöhnlich groß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist gut, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Es könnte etwas breiter aufgestellt sein. Neben Rührei und etwas Wurst gibt es fast nur Süßes. Das ist typisch Italienisch und auch ok. Wie gesagt nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

La posizione della stanza direttamente sopra una strada molto trafficata giorno e notte.

Non avendo aria condizionata e dovendo tenere le finestre aperte la notte il rumore delle moto e macchine che passavano disturbava parecchio.

Struttura tipica del luogo, pulita e ben organizzata. Il personale era gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
La colazione abbondante e molto buona

Cons:

La strada per arrivare è abbastanza tortuosa, ma è tipica delle zona di montagna. Non c’è qualcosa che non è andato bene, anzi tutto ottimo
