Cosy 2 bedroom unit perfect for a few days or a week.
Pros:

This was a relatively small, but well designed 2 bedroom unit. There is only one bathroom, but it has a separate toilet. The check in at reception was a breeze. The unit was a corner unit on the second floor with a nice balcony with views over Lake Kawana. It is close to the Birtinya shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is only a short drive away. It has one a/c unit in the living room, but because of the size of the unit and it's design this was adequate to cool down the bedrooms. There are also ceiling fans, which means that you don't always need to use the a/c. The unit has a well equipped kitchen and a laundry behind folding doors. It is perfect for a couple or a family with two small children. The pool area was well used by other residents during our stay.

Cons:

It was all very good. the only criticism is that the bed in the main bedroom was a too soft. This is definitely not a deal breaker though. The shower head needed adjusting as it kept falling down. Other than that, perfect for us.

Great location and beautiful appartments at a good price
Pros:

Location and water views of the canal and beautiful large swimming pool. Very quiet and peaceful apartment close to lots of shops

Cons:

Had to ask for hand towels and bath mat. They never arrived. Near empty box of tissues and not enough toilet paper. Most places supply it. Had to go get more. Just little things but make the difference

Pros:

Clean, friendly environment. Rooms were excellent. Location was great, everything was wonderful. We would recommend to anyone, and will absolutely be back again for another holiday.

Family friendly apartment with amazing views!
Pros:

Quiet apartment with waterfront location. We enjoyed the pool. The housekeeper forgot to set up the cot but was fixed within half an hour. An amazing stay! Thank you.

Good stay
Pros:

The apartment is in a nice location looking over the canal. It has full kitchen with a few (very little) pantry items like olive oil salt so you don’t have to buy them. The beds are very comfortable, with the fans going and windows open we enjoyed a lovely breeze.

Cons:

The room is a non smoking room but the property itself is not. You can smell cigarette smoke coming through the windows at times and on the balcony. The floors looked like they hadn’t had a good vacuum and there were a few hairs in the bathroom shower and on the sheets but overall pretty clean. The washing machine had a very strong odour and as a result I was not able to use it.

Pros:

The view from the 5th floor balcony at the Saltwater on the Peninsula is amazing. This accommodation was close to beautiful lake walks which were near playgrounds for the kids, and a short drive to the shops, even a pool for the family to take a swim on hot summers day. A great place to stay at for a family vacation, highly recommended.
