Lovely little hotel. Safe, clean, convenient. Wonderful staff and everything we needed in a hotel. We enjoyed the neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, but convenient to get to and from by walking/bus

Very nice, quiet place, with a nice garden, and even its own chapel. Rooms were very spacious, and the bus stops are very close by.

It's in a quiet area, so a bit of commuting is involved to reach the touring areas, but commuting is quite easy in Rome, and it's only one bus ride away to the train station.

Excellent staff, 24/7 desk was very helpful. Everyone was friendly and communicative. Somewhat of a trip on public transportation to get to main Rome attractions but definitely recommend!

value, clean accommodation well connected in a great neighbourhood with helpful staff
Pros:

Rooms were extremely spacious and clean and the staff very helpful. Also had A/C.
Great neighbourhood, with a ice cream parlour opposite, a bakery 'Pasticceria Pineta' and coffee 'Bar caffetteris L'anolo Sfizioso', Pizza 'Il Mozzico' all a short walk.
You can catch the 49 bus to the Vatican which takes 10-15 minutes which is much better than taking the Metro and the bus stop is close by.
The last bus stop is quite central and a short walk to the centre of Rome and the attractions.
The Metro 'Battistini' is around a 15 minute walk.
We also ventured into the park opposite 'Pineta Sacchetti' to enjoy some nature!.
If you need value, clean accommodation well connected in a great neighbourhood with helpful staff, this is a great option.
