Après la perte de ma maman, nous sommes allés à Milan pour nous reposer, et tout a été un désastre
Pros:

aucun accueil pour y arriver il y a des travaux, nous en sommes pas prévenu, le prix est très excessif, on ne comprend pas pourquoi d’autant plus que le service est à déplorer, mais vraiment à déplorer le matin pour déjeuner il a fallu supplier et même que je m’énerve pour pouvoir avoir un café qui est arrivé bien après nous avons complètement été ignorer un non respect, lamentable à fuir.

Cons:

Этот отель – вопиющее разочарование и пример того, как категорически нельзя работать в сфере гостеприимства.
Персонал абсолютно не обучен: неквалифицированный, некомпетентный, действует самовольно и без малейшего уважения к гостям. Складывается впечатление, что людей набрали просто «с улицы».

Любые просьбы игнорируются. Для ребёнка мы заказывали отдельное меню с конкретными овощами — приносили совершенно другое, даже не удосужившись предупредить об отсутствии нужных продуктов. Завтрак здесь – отдельная катастрофа: ждать заказ приходится 40 минут, детское пюре нам несли 27 минут, а детский стульчик «доставляли» ещё 10. В итоге маленький ребёнок вынужден сидеть и страдать от бездействия сотрудников, потому что они просто не умеют работать.

Кульминацией стало то, что по их вине нам не выдали пропуск на автомобиль для посещения VIP-ложи «Формулы-1», билеты на которую были куплены через их консьержсервис. Итог: в 40-градусную жару мы шли пешком с 7-месячным ребёнком на руках час в одну сторону и час обратно, потому что никакой возможности воспользоваться коляской не было – кругом болото, лес и бездорожье. Всё это через толпу людей, где нас едва не задавили. Это было похоже на издевательство и прямая угроза здоровью ребёнка.

Персонал же цинично пожал плечами и заявил, что «такого быть не могло». Более того, они пытались оправдаться абсурдными доводами, что «если бы мы поехали с их водителем, всё было бы иначе». Но дело было не в машине, а в том, что сотрудники отеля по собственной халатности не оформили пропуск, лишив нас нормального доступа и испортив весь отдых.

И как будто этого мало — прямо перед отелем идут масштабные строительные работы. Подъехать к входу невозможно, гостям приходится тащить чемоданы пешком по жаре. К постоянному шуму электрички добавляется грохот техники, ремонтных машин и дороги. И всё это — при том, что цена отеля ни на грамм не снижается.

Наш отдых был испорчен полностью.

El mejor lugar de Milán
Pros:

El lugar siempre un espectáculo , mi lugar favorito cuando estoy en Milán. El personal estuvo muy amable al enviar un detalle a mis hijos, GRACIAS!
