Small room and poor electrics made stay unpleasant for money paid.

Room far too small. No light switch for bathroom that uses motion sensor. Bright light and very noisy fan ran for 10 min before auto off.

I needed to stay for one night before catching ongoing flight to remote community the next day. Proximity to the airport

Good location within a short walk from the airport terminal.
Pros:

Good location for overnight stay between flights. Room was small, but clean and comfortable for short stay. The pool and gym were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The location is great.
The layout of the facility is good and it is good to see updating of facilities going on.
Bed was comfortable.
Food was ok.

Cons:

The first problem was with reception as I called from the airport for a shuttle which I was told would be 10mins as he was with other customers. My son and I waited 30 mins until I rang again where reception said the driver would come straight away,which he did. The problem was that reception never told the driver about the first request. Which made the start of my stay with you frustrating. Other than this problem reception did a good job.
There were problems in the room with the remote control for the TV and some free to air channels which the sound worked but no visual.
No black tea in the selection in the room.
The air-conditioner in the hall is set very low.
Price of food and drinks were extremely high and unfortunately mostly unaffordable for us after cost of travel and accommodation.

We were only in the room for 7 hours. But the bed was comfortable.
Pros:

The cleaners had done a great job.

Cons:

The room we very small for what we paid. It was more like a single room in a backpackers than what we would expecr for 300 a night.
