Pros:

Perfect for what I needed, a nice firm bed and a beautiful and well maintained pool.

Cons:

I would recommend if you might want to have breakfast there to just pay for it with booking because it was way more expensive to pay there

Unsatisfactory, unhygienic and quite expensive.

Staff are always professional and courteous.

Cons:

The room that we were provided was tiny, dirty and had an odour of urine and fish.
My partner and I stay there regularly and this was the worst night that we have ever had there.

Poor value for money
Pros:

Convenient for airport. Overall resort facilities good. Room clean and functional.

Cons:

No lift to rooms on level 1. Carrying heavy bags up and down stairs a very bad experience. Accommodation block in the middle of a building site.
Poor sign posting from main check in.
In summary this makes it poor value for money

Distance to unit with heavy bags and golf clubs. Breakfast starts too late at 6am which I paid for and couldn't have!!!...not happy Jan. Accommodation is very basic for over $300 per night

It served a purpose being closed to the airport.

The pool!
The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Ibis units need a bit of upgrade.You need lights above the signage on the building .We were sent off walking in the dark with baggage to find our unit which was the furthest away from reception. There were temporary construction fences everywhere. Not a good first impression of the place.
I think there’s a need for a shuttle bus service between the hotel and airport for everyone not just the top paying clientele and a bus service into town. There’s absolutely nothing to do at the hotel except the pool which is great but otherwise you are stuck there. The cost of Ubers and Taxis to go back and forwards soon adds up.

Good place to stay at Airport

Great place to stay if you have to catch an early flight . It is a huge complex of 3 hotels , so the walk to the rooms was far
Comfortable room , with all amenties

the size of the complex , but it is the way it is .
