A lovely, relaxing stay. Very enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location is superb. Very beautiful. The staff were all amazing. The facilities were lovely. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean. The room was comfortable and well serviced each day.

Cons:

I think the dinner menu needs to have a wider selection. More seafood dishes would be nice. I thought it was a bit basic. The boardwalks to the beach need to be maintained a bit better. Very old and worn.
A bath tub in the room would have been wonderful.

Christmas lunch was exceptional. Plenty to eat and was all top quality.
Plenty of birdlike including Cassowaries.
Good walking trails starting at the resort.
Breakfast inclusion was very good.
Staff professional and personable.
Plenty to do nearby. Brewery in Mission beach; chocolate growers and maker close; trips to nearby islands available nearby.

Cons:

Parking a bit far from accomodation. An issue in wet weather.b

Appreciate the value after arriving at a so called best hotel in Townsville

Outstanding breakfast.
Excellent dinners

Cons:

On one occasion the breakfast orders were a bit slow but the staff apologised and I recognise that the meals were being prepared to order and they were busy.

5 star is not good enough for this place. Heaven on earth
Pros:

The staff were all amazing. The food was unbelievable The service was fast and friendly. I've stayed in many different places in Australia this is by far the nicest place by far. Can not even compare it to anywhere else I've stayed in Australia. I don't even know how to explain it.

There was nothing I could fault. Everything was perfect.

A lovely getaway from the kids!!!!
Pros:

Lovely pool, Rooms very well presented and products in bathrooms, Staff very polite.

Cons:

Alcoholic drinks weren't very nice. Insufficient spa facilities could not cater for couples treatments.
