We liked the location which was convenient to town. We also liked the size of the bed. The room was clean and the shower was nice and warm. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who showed us to our room and made sure we could access our car park.
The hotel was closed while we were there and renovation work was happening inside. We booked a hotel thinking we’d be able to stay, eat and have a few drinks at the bar. It was disappointing that we weren’t told. We also found it quite noisy.

Central, lovely long verandah to sit outside at night and early morning for breskfast and coffee.
Verandah is filthy, i made the mistake of going outside onto the versndah in white sox, underside of my sox are now black.
Convenient to the train station
Patrons to hotel parking in front of our unit's designated parking spot.
Then (presume children) tooting constantly on car horn (which was parked in our designated spot) for 15 mins, while we're trying to sleep.
Staff were great, room was good but we stayed on s Friday night and the noise was too much, couldnt sleep, hoons around the rooms and loud music and people
when I arrived at hotel no availability all rooms occupied
we luckily found other accommodation however still waiting on reimbursement from hotel as the money was transferred without service
Didn't have breakfast but had dinner very nice.

The old historic wooden floors, tiles, stairs, location, balcony in the mornings with a coffee. Good food served.
The only thing good about the room was the cleanliness
Handy to facilities
No kitchen sink or sink plug. Had to wash dishes in bathroom basin.
Toaster caught fire because it hadn’t been cleaned.
