My new favorite hotel in Rome! Palazzo Roma is the perfect blend of old and new… the common areas, restaurant, bar and rooms (or at least my room - 205) are all stunning. The location is fantastic as well, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Easy to pop in and out. It’s a boutique hotel with 39 rooms, and the staff is extraordinarily attentive - Oliver, the general manager, answers questions before and during your stay, the barman was incredibly helpful and offered to make a Negroni “the way I would want to drink it” (fantastic!) and room service is served promptly. The included breakfast is also outstanding - with all of the cakes and pastries, dare I say there’s a bit too much food? Look no further in Rome!

We were impressed by the Palazzo Roma from the moment we arrived! Oliver and his staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and the hotel carefully and thoughtfully addressed every detail of the experience. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the location is without peer, and the breakfast was simply unbelievable! We were welcomed with fresh orange juice, coffee, and delicious pastries. My husband enjoyed a cacio e pepe omelet and I had pancakes with fresh berries . Both were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to every staff member who welcomed us and ensured that every detail was perfect! They even had champagne and pastries in our room on arrival because we had told them we were celebrating our 40th anniversary.

The hotel is stunning, located in a perfect location, restaurants, shops, all the important sites, everything is accessible, comfortable, beautiful.

We were received by Hollyber, his service is amazing, personal and dedicated. He took care of everything for us. Including restaurants, room upgrades, every request including a city briefing, he was available 24/7, including his personal mobile phone.

Luxurious and romantic hotel in Rome. Spacious and clean rooms; comfortable beds. Lovely setting for breakfast and aperitivo. Great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff are happy to help with recommendations and arrangements.

Staying at Palazzo Roma was a dream come true. I loved every minute of this absolutely beautiful hotel. Oliver the Concierge and I were in touch before I arrived, he made my travel easy and stress free with help getting transport from the airport. I had asked Oliver about the work of a particular Rome based artist I wanted to see and asked him if he could look into the possibility. When I arrived he was there waiting and every one was so corteous. Mamadu was the valet who met my taxi and helped with my bags. He was so kind and we had such a great conversation, the check in experience was seemless and THE ROOM! It was stunning. It was the perfect home base for a few days of busy sight seeing and room service after a long day was DIVINE! The turn down service was just so beautiful I felt like a princess at Palazzo Roma. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so great. Oliver worked hard to find the artist for me and even followed up after my stay with updates about the artist and where they would be showing next. THANK YOU to Palazzo Roma for a truly remarkable stay!

Excellent location for anyone wanting the tourist experience of Rome. Staff immediately available and extremely helpful at all times via WhatsApp -Oliver reached out the day before our arrival to help with hotel transfers, tours, dinners, anything we wanted. Room was beautiful with all the comforts a weary traveller could want. Breakfast was over the top!

I am here at the hotel as I write this review. The hotel is in a building that was first constructed in the 1700s. The renovations left nothing to spare. The staff spoke good English and the recommendations as to restaurants were spot on. Room service is offered and the coffee in the morning was here in five minutes. The bed was quite excellent, a must for any hotel. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance from Trevi Fountain, even for a 77 year old with bad knees. I would stay here again, no doubt.
