Второй раз в этом отеле и первый раз в Риме с 7 летним сыном. Все по прежнему на высшем уровне . Индивидуальное отношение к каждому гостю ( мы купили много одежды , нужен был дополнительный чемодан, но жалко было времени - нам купил Батлер съездил ), стильные светлые номера, очень классный бассейн и спа.

Location
Terrible food smell everyday In The corridor near our room , loud construction noises as early as 6:45am on a Saturday morning and other mornings .The breakfast was below standard of any hotel we stay in which are all in this category,omelette watery flavourless in fact we only ate the included breakfast 1 morning as it was that poor. The chicken salad at lunch was like it had been made the day before ,presentation and taste again below average . The same with the club sandwich wilted soggy and almost like a pre packed sandwich that had been prepared days before.
The hotel’s attention to every detail was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa was truly exceptional.
Nothing comes to mind. I’m genuinely struggling to think of anything more I could have wanted from a hotel.

When having breakfast it can get too busy and one feels like you are imposing when asking for service. That is the only time we felt there was a glitch in the service and only when it is too busy Martina at the cafe is excellent
In all other placses restaurant or terrace …. It was excellent
