It was newly renovated and self contained. The staff went over & beyond to be friendly & helpful.

This is probably the only hotel I have stayed in, in my life, and everything I have to say is positive. You will not regret booking here!

I had a room with a beautiful sea view, the breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were welcoming and very kind. The hotel also has a great location in the center of Messina.

I would strongly recommend it — this will definitely be my address in Messina :)

What a pleasant surprise! We booked Jolly for one night as a stopover before going to the Eolie Islands. By the next morning we wished we were staying longer. The staff was wonderful, the room exquisite, the surrounding area of Messina was alive with interesting activity.

Lo scorso weekend ho fatto una breve vacanza a Messina insieme a tutta la mia famiglia, con figli e nipoti eravamo 16.

Il Jolly charme suite ci ha accolti con le sue splendide camere e con delle colazioni molto buone e genuine.
Nel pomeriggio, ai nostro rientri in hotel, abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del personale e le merende a nostra disposizione.

Struttura molto curata ed elegante, proprietari presenti e attenti ad ogni esigenza, staff eccellente, pulizia delle camere ottima, biancheria dei letti di estrema qualità.

Colazione dolce e salata estremamente ricca, varia e buona.
Torte e crostate fatte in casa con ricette di famiglia.
Frittate e pizze salate eccellenti.
Grande attenzione agli ospiti gluten free ed intolleranti al lattosio.

L'albergo si trova proprio in centro a Messina, di fronte il Teatro Vittorio Emanuele.
In pochi passi si raggiunge lo splendido Municipio e la piazza del Duomo.
Tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

We arrived quite early on the ferry and the staff were so kind to clean our room first so we could have access to. Above and beyond what I’d expect.
