Lo staff è gentilissimo, il ragazzo (perdonami ma non ricordo il tuo nome, sei stato gentilissimo) mi ha aiutato a fare il check in (e durante il check out mi ha fornito aiuto permettendomi di lasciargli dei bagagli pesanti che ho provveduto a ritirare in tempo), non trovavo il codice e ha provveduto a rinviarmelo tempestivamente. Mi ha accolto, mi ha spiegato tutto, è stato gentilissimo accompagnandomi anche nei miei problemi di disattenzione con un sorriso. La camera Deluxe con vista mare è molto bella e particolarmente comoda, dotata di condizionatore e tapparelle elettroniche comodamente controllabili da un sistema touch sopra al comodino. Televisione, scrivania, bagno privato e ogni altro comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile. Ho notato un piacevole silenzio durante tutto il periodo. La comodità di avere il codice è assurda. La colazione inclusa è buona, gli alimenti sono freschi, sia dolci che salati, anche la frutta. Il caffè è ottimo e il personale veramente simpatico. Consiglio vivamente! La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro (per esempio il duomo) e si colloca praticamente poco sotto il lungomare, pertanto si presta a piacevoli passeggiate e sia a piedi che con i mezzi si può raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia vicina, inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono vari posti dove mangiare. Bravissimi!

La struttura è in posizione strategica, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari e anche di più.
Ma il fiore all'occhiello è lo staff, i ragazzi della reception e colazione sono super disponibili e gentili, ci sono rimasti nel cuore e saremo felici di ritornare appena possibile.
La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità.

Die Lage sehr zentral, parken natürlich schwierig, Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet und sauber, super Betten, schalldichte Fenster. Sehr besonderes, liebevolles Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

The hotel differed 100% from the Jolly Hotel image. In fact, it is not a hotel but a boring nondescript, non identity place. The entrance was hard to find. All was saved by the receptionist (Pasindu) who made a special effort to meet us and explain the (very few) facilities. Strongly recommend the hotel be removed from listing or at least warn readers what this non hotel is.
