El trato del personal

Cons:

Por decir algo, que no es una queja es la terraza del restaurante , está a la vista de la calle y eso puede hacer q el ambiente de relax y paz se pierda un poco, al ver pasar coches y gente.

Top hotel, alles was er.
Pros:

Heerlijk rustig, alles top schoon , vriendelijk personeel, was jammer genoeg wel erg stil, alleen in het weekend kwamen er Italianen. Ontvangst met prosecco .

The intimate hotel had wonderful spa, swim, sauna, restaurant, service and large comfortable room!
Pros:

The location was a bit off the centre of the city, and more private. The layout of the room with balcony was fabulous, with separate shower and bathroom. The access to the wellness centre (gym, massage area, spa and swim) was accessed through a more private elevator from the rooms that made it super comfortable. There was a dry sauna, wet sauna, whirlpool, indoor/outdoor pools, sun decks, and changing areas with massage rooms.

Cons:

The light switches in the room was complicated.

You won't regret booking this hotel, worth the money.
Pros:

Had an amazing stay in this superb hotel. The room was great and staff extra friendly. We enjoyed WARM inside pool, which is a rare finding and really great, otherwise spa as a whole was very nice with possibility to use 2 different saunas and another colder pool. The internet speed was great. Fitness had everything you need for a short workout and a newer generation of Technogym machines. We liked the hotel restaurant a lot. Little town in which it is located has some nice restaurants and is great to walk around.

Cons:

We would appreciate it if at this price range everything you offered in included breakfast is indeed included, paying extra for pancakes or eggs was a little unexpected.
