Perfect for one night or a week a great stay everything there impeccable service!
Pros:

Cleaning efficient, great location, impeccable service from Lucia who worked the front

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that I was not able to stay longer

Pleasant, ideal for a short visit to Naples

Welcoming, elegant and clean, exactly what we needed for a 2 days stay in Naples. Ideal for those who come to explore the city.

Cons:

It’s not a hotel, so there isn’t someone 24/7 at the reception, in case you need something, but it’s very easy to communicate with WhatsApp

Pros:

Clean and modern. Traveled with a friend and we had blinds in the bathroom as it’s clear glass into the room! The restaurant on their website is 5 minute walk use google maps as it’s tricky to find. Great food!

Pros:

By far, the best suit I've been in. It's modern-looking. It's super clean and maintained. The location is superb and safe. The attention to detail is just amazing: welcome prosecco, included earplugs, super comfy bed, etc. Finally, I'd like to thank the staff who helped us with every request and question.

Pros:

Lovely room in a good location. The lift was a journey back in time. Receptionist was very helpful

Great Stay, Excellent Staff Service
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at MAMALU. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the service of the staff. They were always readily available on WhatsApp with near immediate responses. They helped us with a lot during our stay from communication on arrival, to helping contact our car rental company while we were out, to helping us find a good sports bar to watch the Italian Grand Prix! We will definitely recommend this hotel in future
