Una delusione totale: mediocre e irrispettoso
Pros:

All’Hotel Sporting di Riccione si respira soprattutto mediocrità, accompagnata da una sconcertante indifferenza verso le esigenze dei clienti. Avevo richiesto con anticipo, per motivi allergici, una camera senza profumi sintetici. Mi avevano rassicurata: “non li usiamo, e comunque eviteremo nella sua stanza”. Falso. All’arrivo, la camera era satura di un odore aggressivo e insopportabile. Nessuna alternativa, nessuna soluzione: "profumo" identico in tutte le stanze
Ho passato la notte con antistaminici e mascherina FFP2, in una struttura mediocre e anonima, ben distante dalle promesse. Al check-out, nessuna scusa: solo un sorriso di circostanza e la penosa giustificazione “la pulizia è affidata a una ditta esterna”. Come se questo esonerasse dal rispetto minimo per il cliente.
Chiusura dell’esperienza? La fredda richiesta della tassa di soggiorno di 3,20 €, sino all'ultimo centesimo!
Hotel Sporting si presenta come un quattro stelle, ma non ne merita più di una: nessuna attenzione, nessuna responsabilità, nessuna cortesia. Esperienza inaccettabile sotto ogni profilo.
Se avete allergie, sensibilità o se semplicemente amate la qualità autentica, meglio starne lontani.

Pros:

Ambiente ordinato e pulito , ristrutturato da poco. Camera spaziosa, bagno stupendo e terrazzo con vista mare super. Colazione ottima con molta scelta e prodotti freschi. Il parcheggio albergo e in zona era tutto esaurito ma hanno combinato ugualmente, fantastico !!
