Ok next time I will go more central
Pros:

I like the vibe of the building and the vegetation.

Cons:

Not very central, check in at 4pm is not convenient at all particularly when we were travelling from far away and when asking if the room was ready the young lady at the staff was somehow bothered. All hotels is 2pm so definitely something to change there. I didn't like the fact that we book a family room, and there were 2 separated rooms side to side but heavy doors, it was not specified.

Loved the spacious apartment, the super comfortable bed, the amazing, caring and helpful girls at reception, who as I arrived late at night went over and above their duty to make sure I was comfortable

Good, great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

the stay was pretty good. the staff were friendly. great location and some good recreational activities. appreciate the stay nonetheless.

Cons:

communication on arrival was not great about whether we could check-in earlier (from the usual 4pm). we were left thinking it'd be 30-45m since 1:30pm or so but ended up checking in at 3:40pm. no biggie, it's just that we weren't sure whether to take out our groceries that needed refrigeration.

Pros:

Great spot, plenty to do for the family

Cons:

On our last night, someone had parked in our car park (whom im guessing wasnt suppossed to, as the parking garage was full?), so we had to park down the hill. Made it difficult to load our luggage for the trip home. Probably NOT the resorts fault, someone took advantage of the spot while we went out for dinner.
