Horrible! Worst experience
Pros:

I am sorry but having been a VIP customer of Cipriani London and Nyc for years I had the worst worst experience with this team in Milan.

Pros:

For this price rooms should be much larger. Obviously much of what you are paying for is the brand, however the competition often provides better rooms at a considerably lower price. Also the mattress was really firm and not comfortable for a 5 star hotel. Food and amenities were great.
