Great location, not easy to locate as reception is part of a bigger block.. which in itself is a bit dated...that said the accomodation itself isn't... staff lovely, lots to do near by

We stayed in this hotel for a one night stop-over in Naples. Location was the best part, as central & close to everything we wanted to visit. However, to say ‘boutique’ it was not. We booked a ‘deluxe’ double room & again it was not deluxe - no ‘city view’ plus all the accessories listed in the description on the website were not there. We would have complained & asked to be moved, but the check-in was at the Soul Art Hotel which is confusing as was the building layout itself. For us to get over to our room in the Boutique Hotel Piazza Carita, it was a task with heavy luggage & could be challenging to navigate around the stairways & antiquated lift system. If visiting again we would look for an alternative, as I am sure Naples has a lot to offer.

η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και σε συνοικίες με μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον (ισπανική συνοικία) πολλά εστιατόρια κοντά και γενικά πολυσύχναστο μέρος δεν αισθάνεσαι καμία απειλή στην περιοχή.

La posizione ideale per muoversi a piedi

Had a very warm and friendly greeting from Paolo at reception. He was informative and we appreciated him holding our bags until our room was available.

The building itself is multipurpose and used by many businesses, so it was a little confusing finding the hotel from the outside. The signage on the 1st floor of scala A was also confusing as it had a different hotel name (SolArt).

The room was large and clean. However it was lacking a 4 star feel with some basic amenities, furniture and aesthetics missing. The silicone around the shower looked mouldy, the shower tray was spongy underfoot and the actual shower was installed wonky, so a lot of water ended up outside the shower tray. There was also a lack of storage throughout. The balcony had no furniture and the tarpaulin under the balcony above ours was hanging down, which we found strange.

The location was perfectly central allowing us to walk everywhere, and there were transport links nearby.

It’s a perfectly serviceable hotel, but prepare yourself for a 2-3 star standard. It could be so much better with a few things that the hotel could consider and is within its control to change.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice people who work in this hotel.

Wonderful location. Room was perfect. Staff were helpful and kind. Air conditioning was great. An amazing Art Gallery.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la estación de metro y al principio de la calle Toledo. En un primer momento puede parecer peligrosa por la noche la plaza por donde entras, pero estuvimos cuatro días y el ambiente fue muy seguro. La habitación muy amplia, igual que el baño. Todo muy limpio. A pesar de estar muy céntrico y dar a la calle, se duerme bien, no hay mucho ruido. El portero del edificio es un señor muy amable.
