Pros:

Everything was great. Even though I rated it excellent, I sadly wouldn’t book this location again because of the bed. It’s the very reason a guest books an accommodation is to sleep for the night. A foam mattress style bed offers little support. Beautiful place but a cheap bed really makes no sense.

Rarely do I feel compelled to post a review.
Gela was a destination I had been planning on visiting on my travels throughout Sicily.
I had planned to visit 2 of my favorite wineries in Vittoria and found the Villa Ares - a gem, superior staff, immaculate and a professionally run establishment. Luigi and Rita were one of a kind hosts and Evelina and Maria took great care of us, I can’t wait to come back home to Sicily, Gela and Villa Ares.

Pros:

This was a very nice and new place with excellent service by the owner. Close to private sandy beach and a nice view from balcony.
