Overall a very enjoyable stay !
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering helpful recommendations on places to visit and great restaurants to try. The rooms were clean, modern and well maintained, providing a lovely and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend this place to others and look forward to returning in the future!

Molto confortevole e a pochi minuti dal lago di Como!
Pros:

Albergo molto confortevole con camera pulita, ordinata e dal design moderno. Presenza di bollitore in camera con té e biscotti ed acqua inclusa. Comoda zona di reception con ampio tavolo dove appoggiarsi ed altri comfort, come brochure informative per gite. Colazione inclusa al bar HSA Ambrogio veramente deliziosa e con staff molto cortese. Lo staff dell'hotel è molto gentile e cortese e risponde in fretta ad ogni esigenza. L'hotel è a pochi minuti dal lago di Como e dal lungo lago, dal quale si può godere di una vista spettacolare con le colline circostanti che si specchiano nel lago.

A fantastic hotel in the centre of everything, you will not be disappointed.
Pros:

What a gem of a find, this hotel is in the centre of everything, the staff are amazing, nothing to much for them. Their communications with your prior to arriving and whilst there are second to none. Rooms are a good size and spotless, even the sweets and slippers on the pillows were appreciated. Breakfast is not on site but only a few minutes walk away, the scrambled eggs are to die for, as was the bacon, toast and freshly squeezed oranges. There are two parts to the hotel, both have a lounge were you can make coffee, get a soft drink and munch away on the variety of snacks laid out for you at any time of the day or night, this was very much appreciated and went down a treat. I have recommended many hotels previously, but this one stands out well above anywhere else l have previously stayed at, this is due to not only the facilities but also the staff who go above and beyond to ensure you get the most out of your stay.
