Una ubicación ideal.
Pros:

Fuimos antes de las tres y ya pudimos entrar a dejar las maletas en nuestra habitación.Nos gusto mucho la cortesía de dejar agua para cada persona y poder hacerte cafés ,tanto de cápsulas como de soluble en la habitación,tenías galletas y magdalenas por si te entraba hambre al volver,un servicio buenísimo

Lindo hotel junto ao Lago Como
Pros:

Ótima localização, mesmo junto ao lago e a estação de comboio. Simpatia da funcionária da receção que deu dicas de restaurantes e turismo na região. O hotel tem máquina de café e microondas no saguão a disposição dos hóspedes. O quarto é confortável e bem decorado.

Falta um mini refrigerador no quarto

via de website werd gemeld dat tot 22.30 uur ingecheckt kon worden.
Na betaling bleek dat dit inchecken - na 18.00 uur - digitaal moest gebeuren. Met veel onduidelijkheid, deuren die niet goed geopend konden worden etc.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren super herzlich und nett, wir haben auch noch Tipps für unseren nachfolgenden Aufenthalt in Rom bekommen (Danke!). Wir haben ein besseres Zimmer bekommen mit Blick auf den See. Alles war sehr sauber, es gab Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren ungemütlich und durchgelegen, an manchen stellen haben sich schon die Federn durchgebohrt.

Hat uns gefallen!
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral und die Dame an der Reception hat uns viel geholfen. Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht toll und hatte alles, was man braucht. Schön auch die Leckereien auf dem Zimmer als Gute-Nacht-Gruss!

Cons:

Das Bad war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

No 24 hour reception. Rooms and bathrooms very basic. Lacked a feeling of comfort. No heating even though it was quite cold in the evenings. However, everything was spotlessly clean and staff very helpful in sorting out the issues we had with our room. It had more the feel of a hostel than a hotel.

Ett underbart litet hotell med stort engagemang från personalen.
Pros:

Personalen var mycket kompetent och tillmötesgående. De tipsade om bra restauranger och utflykter. De hade också tips på hur man skulle undvika köer.
