Pros:

Muy cómodo el colchón y la ubicación es una zona muy asequible y tranquila.

Cons:

La puerta de la entrada al edificio tiene la cerradura en mal estado. Una noche estuvimos varios minutos intentando abrir la puerta.

Great for our post cruise staying Rome
Pros:

Location and cleanliness. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the gentleman that checked us in. We appreciate them letting us drop our luggage off early so we could go explore.

Cons:

Communications is a bit difficult and often delayed. The booking.com app isn’t my favorite way to communicate. I prefer my own email.

Nulla. Ho cercato di avvertire fin da subito che arrivavo dopo le 21.00
Non hanno mai risposto alle mail, sono riuscito per miracolo avere un colloquio telefonico il giorno prima. La persona maleducata mi ha preannunciato una mail con un link per il giorno dopo

Cons:

Tutto. Primo non si può fare credere alla gente che si tratta di un hotel quando non lo è. Francamente una vergogna. Oltre ad avere modalità complicate di registrazione online, il link per gestire il tutto da solo non funzionava. Anche il contatto telefonico dall' una di note in poi con il n. di booking (segreteria automatica) è stato penoso. Non si può non avere una persona con cui parlare con problemi di questo genere. Sono rimasto oltre un'ora in piena notte fa solo. Fortunatamente una persona che entrava mi ha aiutato ad entrare nell'app di booking dove questi buzzurri del Cloud 9 hanno inviato un altro link che fortunatamente apriva e funzionava. Ma perché non l'hanno scritto nella mail con il link ? Un'autentica vergogna e il livello dell' "hotel" era letteralmente schifoso

Non conoscevo il quartiere Prati che è delizioso: pieno di negozi, locali e molto tranquillo. La mia camera era al terzo piano, in un bello stabile, abbastanza ampia, con vista su una corte interna (quindi di notte silenziosissima). Aveva macchina caffè, non aveva bollitore, ma me lo sono fatta dare. Inoltre in omaggio due bottigliette d'acqua. Massima disponibilità nel tenere bagagli (se avessi voluto). Tutto bene, lo consiglio
