Pros:

Ambiente moderno minimal ma esaustivo
Letto molto comodo
Biancheria molto pulita

Cons:

Non ottimale pulizia della stanza (un po’ di polvere e una lente a contatto a terra)
Frigobar piccolo ok ma non pulitissimo…

Great new place!
Pros:

The staff are wonderful, very kind, very helpful. They made an excellent dinner recommendation. Fabulous seafood, very affordable. For a small room the layout was good. We could both fit in the bathroom, and we had enough room so that we weren't tripping over our huge suitcases.

Cons:

it took us a while to figure out how to get all the lights working. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about.

non ho fatto una buona scelta
Pros:

Posteggio pubblico comodo a pagamento proprio vicino alla struttura.
Doccia ampia.

In generale un hotel che si presenta come minimalista ma in realta' e' solo "povero".
L'hotel non ha presenza di personale dopo le 21 .
All'arrivo mi hanno informato che mi avevano fatto un upgrade di camera ..... e meno male .... perche' ho trovato
un letto scomodo , il telecomando non funzionante , mancanza del lenzuolo di sopra ( l'ho fatto presente e la risposta e' stata "eh signora si saranno dimenticati" ...) colazione molto spartana con prodotti confezionati di bassa qualita' , ho chiesto un caffe' e per concedermelo la cameriera ha dovuto chiedere un'autorizzazione perche' avevo gia' avuto il capuccino (!!!).
A Rimini, in bassa stagione, al costo di 75 euro /notte per una singola si puo' avere un hotel di livello superiore e auspicabilmente anche personale piu' professionale.

La localizacion me envio a otra calle y la primera noche no pudimos dormir en el hotel por no localizarlo

Pros:

Свежий ремонт, приветливый персонал, удобное расположение

Cons:

Жестковатый матрас и кровать можно было сделать чуть шире у номера среднего класса. На балконе поставить 2 стула, странно почему только 1. Плохое кондиционирование, было душно и не охлаждало. Персонал не смог исправить ситуацию, тк управление централизованное. Это огорчило, тк взяли отель подороже и новый, что бы точно не было проблем с вентиляцией.
