La Serena Hotel

1 million out of 10. I would stay here every day of the week if I could. It is the epitome of a boutique luxury hotel. Everything was super high-quality and the service was incredible. We spent around 2 months in Europe and this was the best service we got. The hotel is near the beach so the view is amazing. The restaurant is fantastic, cocktails out of this world, and the terrace and garden make it perfect

Incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Staff were very attentive, and it was the perfect starting point for exploring Forte dei Marmi

We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful hotel and views, excellent food and service. Felt private and special. AMAZING HOTEL! The balcony off our room was perfect for morning coffee and the pool was peaceful

We absolutely LOVED our time here. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area but is my absolute favorite. The excellent service and the tranquil atmosphere are pure luxury. The restaurant is great, the view is so nice. Free parking was really handy. Always happy to come back!!!!!!

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Stayed here for the 1st leg of my honeymoon and was absolutely incredible. The staff were extremely warm and attentive. The views from our room were stunning from every angle. Food served was fantastic and the outdoor areas were perfect to relax imo

Absolutely in awe with this hotel. First of all, truly beautiful, modern, sleek and beautifully designed.This hotel and the stay here was my best hotel experience ever. The general vibe and feeling of the hotel is superior. The room was big and welcoming. The service was truly outstanding! From reception to dining, every request was met concierge/reception assisted with reservations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent 3 weeks around Europe and these were up there with the best rooms we stayed in and were great value for money. The staff are super nice and the beds were really comfortable.

We have just returned from a short break in LA SERENA. Surpassed all my expectations!! wow!! This hotel is fab. We didn't know what to expect, as we booked last minute. We were over the moon with location. We had a room at the front, with a cute little balcony. The room was spotless and the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were helpful and friendly, answering the many questions I had and giving advice on local attractions.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are air conditioned and are really competitively priced compared to other hotels we looked at in forte dei marmi.

The pool area was very relaxing after a day at the beach and breakfast was fresh and plentiful I can only say best location, very beautiful building and decoration👍

Just returned from a 1 week stay. First time in la serena. Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and hotel has been renovated so everything has a modern feel. Great room and very spacious with the pool view. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the garden was perfect to sit with a coffee. Parking was easy even though we had a big SUV car.

I have had a wonderful stay at la serena this past September - the suite on terrace level was amazing to be in with the views of the trees and hills breakfast served till one pm was quite a surprise and made mornings very relaxed.

The pool was small but perfect for a quick swim and the terrace was lovely for evening drinks. Couldn’t be happier to have chosen the perfect place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Thank you all for wonderful memories.

An absolute bliss,one of a kind spot in Forte.Splendid moredn,freshly renovated space with contemporary art from the private collection of the owners,great service,one of the best breakfasts in town.Garden,pool,lobby with piano bar:sometimes you can also find a chef (Turi) from Sicily playing Impromptu classics there (the bar itself is a jewel).Great massage with holistic therapist Sara,beautiful person inside and out. A separate regards to Roberto,responsible for guest relations,that already became a signature of the hotel thanks to him:not only he can make miracles when it comes to even last time reservations,but also make you feel like at home-and this is exactly how you feel whether you stay there or come for apero with friends.Very professional and kind!Everything is 10 out of 10.Absolutely different,in a good way,experience from all 5 stars of Forte.Thank you,highly recommend!

We stayed at La Serena Hotel in August 2024 with our family, and the experience was simply perfect.

The entire staff was outstanding: professional, warm, and always ready to anticipate our every need with a smile. A special mention goes to the General Manager, who was wonderfully attentive to every detail and made us feel not just guests, but truly at home.

The property itself is impeccable, with elegant and comfortable rooms, and beautifully designed common areas. The location is ideal — just a short walk from both the center and the beach, yet offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

A stay we will remember fondly and can’t wait to repeat. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top‑level experience with truly exceptional service.

We’re a family of four with teenage kids, and we stayed at the hotel for a week. It’s truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The standard is exceptionally high, the service is fantastic, and the staff are always smiling and incredibly helpful.

The brunch is amazing and served until 13:00, which was perfect for our relaxed mornings. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks, water, and soft drinks in the room — a thoughtful touch. It was also great to be able to borrow electric bikes for free, which made exploring the area easy and fun.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

La Serena Hotel was truly a gem. The hotel itself is elegant but not stuffy. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property. The decor, art and overall design of the property reflects a gracious Italian style that envelops guests in comfort and understated luxury. The rooms are appointed with a Dyson hairdryer, L’Occitane bath products, Illy coffee, snacks, water and soda. The bed was a true King size and incredibly comfortable. The concierge made us dinner reservations at excellent restaurants every night and we had access to free e-bikes for our entire stay. Even though the hotel was full, there were always bikes available when we wanted them. Breakfast, bikes, afternoon snacks, everything is included and guests are not nickle and dimed. The most impressive part of the stay was the impeccable service. The General Manager, Stefano, leads a team of welcoming and accommodating staff who always have a smile and look for ways to say yes to every request we made. Highly recommend this great hotel.

Beaches .
The hotel is lovely with some quirks , the bathroom are shaped oddly but love finishing touches . Great amenities in your room , great balcony and over all I have nothing bad to say about this modern hotel .
The staff is incredible from the amazing front desk who arrange car ride to Florence to breakfast staff and dinner staff that went out the way to make sure we had everything we needed . 4.5 stars .

Second day into our stay at this wonderful establishment. Excellent rooms and facilities but what really sets this place apart is the service. Always with a smile and nothing is too much trouble.
Warm, thoughtful and thorough welcome and introduction from Arseida, who also helped with pre- stay questions, recommendations and reservations- email responses received within a day - so impressive. Stefano the general manager helped organise food for our son outside of any normal Italian eating hour - one of the staff went to fetch this for us from a supermarket and even offered to warm it up and serve it on a plate! Above and beyond in every respect.
So pleased that we booked with La Serena and looking forward to the remainder of our stay!
