Great place, would stay again!
Pros:

Great place in a really handy location, with easy public transport to Surfers Paradise. Amy was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure the apartment was clean and ready for us, despite issues with the cleaners that day. The kids loved the pool and it's just a half hour drive to the theme parks.

Would certainly return again and great value for the price. Staff very helpful.

Good location, only one block from the beach and a short walk to the central tram

Pros:

Très bonne situation géographique, appartement confortable, avec parking.
Proximité du tram.

Facilement accessible malgré une arrivée tardive.

Cons:

C’est juste une observation…
De par notre arrivée tardive en soirée, demande de passage pour le check-in à la réception. Jamais personne à la réception quelque soit l’heure. Un numéro de téléphone est mis à disposition pour toute demande mais nous avions des E-sim sans possibilité d’appel.
Donc nous en sommes repartis sans jamais avoir fait de check in.

I would recommend to spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Apartment wasn’t very clean. I had to clean it. Air duct in bathroom was full of gunk. Went to vacuum that was over flowing and filter was clogged. Ordered a new bag which was quick to arrive. One positive was quick communication.
