Pros:

Martina and her husband (The chef) were so kind and welcoming.Great location for hikers, and nice Spa ( Opens from 16:00-19:00)

Cons:

We were charged 50 Euros for late check-in.. although we were informed of this beforehand. A bit strange, also our sheets and towels weren’t changed once (For 4 days…)

Hôtel dans un environnement magnifique, parfait pour visiter les Dolomites loin de la foule
Pros:

La situation près de sentiers de balade, la vue magnifique sur le petit lac et les montagnes depuis la chambre. Le repas délicieux de la demi-pension.

We had a wonderful stay at Lago della creta. The location is amazing, right by the lake with stunning views of the Dolomites. The fenced area is perfect for relaxing, and the wellness spa is a lovely bonus for guests. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff are incredibly friendly - Martina is truly one of a kind! Highly recommend

Location , martina was fantastic fun she was what made to hotel.

There was a landslide we was stuck but managed to get out, at 3.Pm next day ,
A few hours later then we expected to
PROBLEM
The hotel made profit from the situation !!!!!!
Asked us to move room because a family had nowhere to stay , we only was in the new room less then 45 minutes , we got message we could leave ,
The Owner/ Manager said he would charge us One quarter of the room rate??????? €50 VERY PETTY AND UNHOSPITABLE considering the situation
It shows poor judgement and greed
Enjoy the €50 euros, he must really need it that badly.

Tutto. Posto eccezionale.
La location è meravigliosa e si trova molto vicino a diversi posti altrettanto meravigliosi.
Il pases di San Vigilio è facilmente raggiungibile (anche a piedi) e ci sono diversi ristoranti molto carini.
Sauna e vasca idromassaggio sono un plus non da poco e ha fatto la differenza.
In Estate è la location ideale perché ti permette di rilassarti, respirare aria fresca e goderti i paesaggi.

Cons:

Visto il prezzo, forse solo la colazione potrebbe offrire qualcosa in più ma resta davvero l'unico punto "dubbio" in un weekend meraviglioso.

It should improve.
Pros:

The hotel is in the middle of the nature with an incredible view. Beautiful area with a lot of possibilities to hike around.

Cons:

The room was very small, and since there was no air conditioning, it could get quite hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, but at times they were a little too intrusive, both at breakfast and during dinner.
The food could have been better. It was noticeable that guests ordering à la carte received better dishes than those on the half-board package. Service was also quite slow—we often waited around two hours for a four-course dinner.
Overall, we don't regret our stay, but we felt it was too expensive for what was offered.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The room is very nice. The view from the balcony of the lake is wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner was excellent.

Cons:

It was very remote. I thought it was going to be closer to a bigger town. I didn't realize that when I booked it. It was a beautiful hotel though and worth the drive.
