The Parking is horrible!! The inside of the building is dark and very scary gloomy looking!! Noooo signs for the elevator

Showers could have been cleaner

1. Horno sucio, nevera limpia en invierno y sala fría…
2. Perdida parasítica en el circuito de la sala, no pude usar mi secador y conectar mis audífonos a la misma vez.
3. En el mismo circuito hay un enchufe muerto con tubo a la habitación 342.
4. Algo oscuro me sucede siempre, la probabilidad es inusual.
5. El baño está sucio, me cobraron por limpieza.
6. El secador de pelos está cubierto de pajas y oxido.
7. La alarma se inició, otra semana consecutiva.
8. El agua caliente cambió repentinamente.
9. Las sabanas tienen hoyos, y parece manchada de otro color.
10. La cama es dura no pude dormir bien sobre ella.

Entering the facility first time. Pre-registration was done poorly. You need to make Pre-registration obvious, otherwise the newly arriving guest us out of luck. You need to send one email ir text that is easy to use, easy to complete, and let's the guest know that there is no one at the facility that will receive the guest with the room number or the code. That was very frustrating.

Liked everything

I just didn’t like how the shower was so small and the air conditioner was over the head of the bed but everything else was great actually. I loved it and i look forward to returning.

This was, without question, one of the most unacceptable stays I’ve experienced. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the loft because four different door codes were provided, and none of them worked. As a result, my friend and I were left standing in the hallway for nearly two hours before finally gaining entry. While the individual who eventually assisted us was polite, no guest should ever be placed in that situation.

Once inside, the condition of the loft was alarming. Both walk-in showers were dirty, the dishwasher was excessively dusty and unclean, and the sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty. The heat in the loft did not work at all, leaving the living room extremely cold—we had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm. To make matters worse, we encountered a roach and multiple centipedes inside the unit.

For a New Year’s booking at a premium price, this level of neglect is completely unacceptable. Issues related to access, cleanliness, pests, and basic heating should be addressed long before guests arrive. This property did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I would strongly discourage future guests from booking unless significant improvements are made.

It was chilly ..more blankets and a rug in living room area would be nice. Was unable to send pics of id.. took a while to check in

It tends to run cold in the winter due to the high ceilings (and the low temperatures in Philadelphia). This is just something to be aware of, not necessarily a flaw.

We had an amazing stay and the only improvements I could suggest would be a few additional amenities: extra blanket, full length mirror, shelves/hooks in the bathroom
