The swimming pools and hot tubs were great! The water temperatures were perfect.
Great location and property, quiet and peaceful. Access to the trail. Zero food options, a big miss in my opinion.
Computers were down at check in and check out. Final bill could not be produced until after I left. Then it was incomplete and wrong.
Facilities are nice, but understaffed and processes/equipment need help.
Update rooms, easier ac, more lighting
Check in time is 4pm. My suite wasn't available until 6pm. Refrigerator was defrosting and had a puddle of water in the bottom of the fridge that leaked out onto the floor in front of the fridge and the adjacent cabinet. Called front desk - service request was assigned to a maintenance worker that had gone home sick a couple of hours earlier. Maintenance worker showed up around 8:30 and was only able to mop up water and turn fridge up - food was lost :(
Everything was passable but shoddy. There was toilet paper, but the holder was detatched from the wall. The shower was fine, but there was no shower curtain. This type of thing. Pretty expensive for a mid experience.
older resort time share very pricey overall good
Very nice property and quiet, which is just what we needed. The staff was really helpful and attentive to our needs.
Unable to confirm I had paid on-line ahead of time, even after showing my electronic receipt. Then there was the part about me owing additional funds, which I refuse to pay b/c I had already paid. Then I was told I'd have to come back and speak to manager later at inconvenient time for my vacation. In the end, they were "able" to confirm my receipt was valid and all this grief went away, but it basically spoiled my stay with worry. Felt very much like a SCAM, given they had to "move" our room last minute and then it was a smaller room with a loft, which sucked on a ski trip. Some lady was high pressure selling us a Wydham membership, which I assure you I wasn't interested in at 10PM at night check-in. Very unsatisfied and way too much stress cast on me for nothing in the end. For what it's worth , the Monday moring lady when I went to speak to manager was super nice and confirmed all had "been cleared up", however, why if cleared wasn't I notified??? All the better, now they're flagging this post and asking me to edit it. Bet it never gets posted.
It's been a while since we stayed, 7th Mt. became part of Worldmark (timeshare). After check in we were told to see the concierges to complete our reservation. Unless you are interested in time shares just keep on walking out the door.
The resort is real nice and it is the closest overnight accommodations to Mt. Bachelor ski area.
big place for solo traveler. perfect place to stay to ski at bachelor and was impressed with all of the amenities
Great
The unit was in a great condition, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was small but had everything what’s needed.
Always such a beautiful property when we stay. Love the upgraded pool and hot tub. The heated pool in Winter was awesome!
Wonderful accommodations close to Mt Bachelor. One bedroom with Murphy bed, kitchen, fireplace etc. This is the third Wyndham time share I booked through Hotels.com in late 2024 and I was very pleased with the accommodations in all of them. And the prices are very reasonable in the off season. The only discouraging aspect was time share hoax. If you sit through the spiel, they offer you a 7 day stay at one of their time shares. BUT, when you look a little deeper, you can stay in Timbuctoo in the off season anytime for free, but anywhere you really want to go you pay extra for. Best advice, avoid the second stop in the office and head out as soon as you get your room key.
Upgrades to pools & hot tubs were very nice. Bar/restaurant has nice options. Loved watching 3 on 3 hockey Monday & Tuesday.
Property cons you into a timeshare presentation and presents it up front as you’ve won a free stay; charges you $40 dollars to get your “free stay” and refuses to refund when you refuse to attend their sales pitch after finding out that is the “free stay”.
Property could use an update. Fireplace could only use presto logs a gas one would have been nice, the refrigerator was an under-counter type and hinged on the wrong side which made it very inconvenient. Drip coffee maker instead of a Keurig style which is more common these days and for which we had brought cups.
Our other, unexpected, downside was the Worldmark marketing presentation. Had we known this was to be part of our stay we would have selected a different property.
They canceled our reservation the day of! We had booked the room months before.
