El departamento tenia 9 habitaciones y 3 baños siempre limpios. La cocina impecable. Ubicación a cuadras de muchos cafe, shopping y estación de metro

Cons:

Шумоизоляция ужасная,что создавало дискомфорт. Из комнаты слышен весь этаж, и верхний тоже. Вокруг двери сантиметровые щели.
В умывальнике был засор,и в душе тоже накапливалась вода в поддоне. Дверь в душ не закрывалась. Мебели не хватало. Розетки "возле" кровати были возле ног. Чувствовалась сырость в номере. За день до отъезда не работали коды ,для входа на этаж, и мы пополи к себе в номер через аварийную лестницу. В последствии жильцы этажа, тоже не могли зайти, и просто стучали в дверь .
Когда и съезжали,коды ещё не работали

Mauvaise expérience, car leur appartement était au 3ᵉ étage et il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur.

Franchement, c’était une très mauvaise expérience, car leur appartement était au troisième étage et l’immeuble ne disposait pas d’ascenseur. De plus, rien dans la réservation n’indiquait cette information cruciale. Je n’ai pratiquement pas séjourné sur place, j’ai simplement perdu mon argent inutilement.

Very helpful staff, very clean, nice location not far from metro station. Clean and cosy common areas - kitchen with all equipment, terrace, nathrooms. I stayed both in rooms with privative bathroom and in one with shared bathroom. Shared was even better because the one with private bathroom is a bit humid and smelly

Cons:

Toilet smell in a riom with private bathroom. Window into a tiny well-type inner court - no natural light and noise from neighbours' ventilation during the night. Also depends on the room but in some of them socket far from bed

Limpieza de la habitación y espacios comunes

Cons:

Al llegar, tuvimos un problema con la aprobación de la confirmación, y al explicarle a la persona que hacía aseo, nos cerró la puerta en la cara sin ayudarnos a aclarar el problema. Por suerte otra persona muy amable que trabajaba en mantenimiento nos hizo pasar y nos ayudó a aclarar la situación.
