Unfortunate.
Pros:

Location, quality of furniture and availability of air conditioning

Cons:

Response to issue during stay. On a 4 day stay a 48h resolution initial timeline with no urgency. Only responded after pressure from formal complaint.
Plumbing issues galore: cloggings and foul smells.

Nice place for a short stay, unsatisfactory cleanness
Pros:

Good position in a quiet neighbourhood, comfortable common area (living room-kitchen).

Cons:

The room is really small and lacks furniture; it was not properly cleaned before my arrival; an intermediate cleaning and towel change was supposed to be offered for stays of min 5-7 days but there was no sign of it.

Logement agréable à Lisbonne
Pros:

-La propreté de la chambre ainsi que des espaces communs malgré la négligence et incivilités de certains voyageurs (mention particulière de courage pour la jeune femme de l’entretien)
-La proximité des transports en commun et supermarché ( Aldi, Lidl,…)
-Entrée sécurisée par les trois codes différents.
-La climatisation
-La literie très confortable
-Le réactivité de réponse aux messages

Cons:

-La connexion Wifi
-L’incivilité de certains autres voyageurs notamment dans la cuisine commune qui monopolisent toutes la vaisselle sans la laver.

The kitchen and living room are always shared and the bedrooms are too small

Cons:

Even though I booked a fully private most expensive suite, the living room and kitchen were shared with other guests. I contacted property and showed the proof that nowhere it mentioned it has shared facilities. They admitted but refused to cancel and refund the money.

Excellent, clean location with great transit access, but let down by tight room space and a locked central AC system.
Pros:

This place is a great location between the metro and buses. You can access town very quickly and easily. The apartment and shared areas are kept clean. The bathrooms are cleaned daily.

Cons:

It’s on the third floor. Older building to no elevator access. I had a bit of a hard time with the stairs (but I was recovering from a knee surgery)
The room was a tid bit small and there was no where for us to put our suitcases or clothes it’s essentially the walk way and the bed. We had no control over the air conditioner so we had no air-conditioning the entire time.. it seems their air-conditioning is on a central system, and you are not allowed to change the mode. This was never fixed during our stay.
