Pros:

A very comfortable apartment in a beautiful blue tiled building, with lots of space for 5 of us in the apartment. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the main tourist area of Lisbon. It was easy to walk to and from the apartment and there were a couple of supermarkets close by on way into tourist area. You can get the number 28 tram from a stop on way into tourist area of Lisbon and this brings you all around the historical Alfama district. Beds were so comfortable and it was quiet at night so lots of quality sleep. Very easy to get to and from the airport. We called an uber both to and from the airport and it was very easy and much cheaper at about €15 each way for 5 of us. The airport is only about 20 minutes from apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Only small things really; There was a lack of hot water a couple of times in the shower. It would be good if they left a supply of toilet paper in the bathroom drawers as we had to go looking for some. The area is a bit outside the main touristy area and a lot of men hanging around the streets. This caused us no problems whatsoever but I was glad we had 2 men in our company walking back with us at night. So easy to call ubers in Lisbon though so this would be my option if I was going back to the apartment at night without male company. I think apartment is slightly overpriced based on its location.

Really well located, comfortable apartment, perfect for a family of four for a short stay in Lisbon
Pros:

The apartment was exactly what we needed as a family of four spending a few days in Lisbon. It was close to the centre of the city but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Having a basic kitchen made life so much easier as we were able to make our own breakfast and we were not obliged to eat in restaurants every evening. The daily housekeeping service was a godsend, as they kept the apartment clean and tidy for us. There are good shops very nearby, the 28 tram stops one block away, and the metro is only a five minute walk.

Cons:

The kitchen was very sparsely equipped, so I had to get a little creative when I was cooking dinner, and we were constantly running out of glasses. There was only one bathroom (and WC), which meant, with four of us, that it could take a while to get everyone ready to go out in the morning!

It is spacious apartment for our group of 5. We have a very pleasant 4 night stay.
Pros:

The apartment is modern and have nice amenities. Very large master bathroom and good size kitchen. Very clean, comfortable. 24/7 front desk services

Very clean, new, quiet penthouse apartment hotel for family stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Very clean place to stay in the city ! Spacious with 3 bedrooms. Very quiet … great windows that keep noise out! Elevator access. Room cleaning daily . Kitchen and 3 bathrooms !

Cons:

Bathroom shower in one bedroom … door doesn’t open out… opens in and hard to get into. Good thing we were skinny people !
Kleenex box would be nice and maybe some napkins in kitchen or paper towels .
I would have liked to stay in city center a little more cause we took Ubers a lot to other part of town . But it was good place for our family to feel safe and have space .

Pros:

Size of rooms, comfortable beds, good kitchen, convenient location - short taxi or tram ride to the sights. Some great local restaurants nearby.
Super-friendly and helpful staff. Special mention for Guilherme who made sure we were happy and provided lots of useful info about the area. A very nice guy.

Cons:

Seemed a bit pricy.
Providing some milk would have been a nice touch.

Bom dia, este é um ótimo lugar.
Pros:

Absolutely great from start to finish, great staff at reception, apartment simply, tastefully and comprehensively furnished.
Not far from a supermarket, tram stop a few minutes away, metro station a few minutes' walk away.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, which is why this accommodation has become our base for future visits to Lisbon.
