No Room at the Holiday Inn
Pros:

Very friendly, accommodating staff

Cons:

No room allocated at check-in, our reservation had not been confirmed. Instead of sharing a twin room the only available option was a small, double room. This was far from ideal when sharing with my grandson.
Breakfast was plentiful however less variety than Lisbon equivalent hotel.
