Estadia tranqulia e muito confortável.
Pros:

Pequeno-almoço era bom, com produtos de qualidade e óptima omelete de queijo
A localização é perfeita
A piscina singularmemte intimista, relaxante e de arquitectura perfeita.
O canto de leitura, que usei, é tranquilo, com luz ideal parao objectivo e singelamente bonito e agradável.

Cons:

A remperatura da sala.jantar estva um pouco baixa.

Pros:

Zimmer und das Hotel ist superschön und hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wären auch gerne noch etwas geblieben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Sauna im Spabereich war leider wegen Maintenance geschlossen und das Wasser im Pool war eher kühl um etwas Zeit darin zu verbringen.

From the very first moment — starting with the reception — this hotel feels like a true treasure of the island. The check-in was fast and smooth, and then I received something that truly touched my heart: a handwritten welcome letter. It was such a warm and unexpected surprise. I kept this letter with me and saved it for my next visit, which I truly hope will be very soon.

The breakfasts are absolutely delicious, the room is very comfortable, and the evening cookies that are brought to the room are simply wonderful — such a small detail, but it means so much. Every moment here is filled with care, warmth, and real hospitality.

Pros:

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Walkable to everything in the city centre. Staff are amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great patio out on the street. Amazing place!

Het hotel voelde als thuiskomen.
Voelde vertrouwd en was sfeervol.
Alles zag er perfect verzorgd en schoon uit.
Iedereen die in het hotel werkte deden er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken.
Ook het restaurant was gezellig.
Veel klanten van buiten het hotel kwamen er ook eten.
Gewoon een top locatie!

Pros:

Sehr nette Personal, sauberes Zimmer, ausreichendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Vielleicht ein bisschen frisches Gemüse zum Frühstück könnte da sein. Z.B. Tonate oder Gurke.

Todo excelente. El desayuno, personal, instalaciones, atencion, etc. Volveriamos sin duda. Este hotel boutique parece de 5 estrellas. Te llevan tus bebidas gratis todos los dias, nos dieron galletitas y siempre super amables y pendientes.

Exzellentes Frühstück ! Teilweise mit Bedienung.

Cons:

Speisenauswahl im Restaurant merkwürdig - eine Art Experimentierküche hat uns gar nicht gefallen.
Mengen zu gering und überteuert. Zum Glück viele fussläufige Alternativen.

Aesthetically pleasing Art Hotel with warm, vibrant energy.
Pros:

After just two short visits in December 2025, we shall from now on count Nine Dots as our favourite new 'home away from home'. The Art Hotel is a beautifully renovated two adjacent 17th century buildings, housing the owners private art collection. Every architectural and interior detail has been paid the same sense of artistic eye and sense of aesthetics, resulting in a beautiful oasis in the quiet yet central pedestrianised middle of Ponta Delgada ( and two streets up from harbour with all year -public swimming baths ). The staff at Nine Dots are young and energetic and super helpful, always friendly. We were delayed by a storm for over 8 hours, but were met at the airport with a smile and a late delicious supper when we finally arrived. Restaurant and cafe in house are modern mediterranean style and some of the best in town. And the indoor pool ( and spa facilities ) simply to die for. We shall be back.

Quem me recebeu foi muito prestável e simpático, fez toda a apresentação do hotel e se mostrou disponível para ajudar no necessário. Quarto muito confortável com uma decoração muito bonita. Pequeno almoço bem completo com várias opções feitas na hora.

Cons:

Cheguei depois da hora do jantar ao hotel e tinha maças no quarto, na manhã seguinte só fui ao pequeno almoço e levaram as mesmas, podiam ter deixado pelo menos 24h mas durante a tarde foram entregar mais águas e umas barrinhas de cereais o que compensou. Piscina interna um pouco fria, sendo inverno podiam ter mais cuidado quanto à temperatura. No bar podiam atender nas mesas, mas tive que ia ao balcão pedir.
