Ein charmantes Hotel mit unschlagbarer Lage in der Fußgängerzone, idyllischem Frühstück im Grünen und ausgesprochen herz
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone, die kurze Wege garantiert. Ein echtes Schmuckstück ist die kleine, grüne Oase, in der man wunderbar draußen frühstücken und in den Tag starten kann. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch das Personal, das uns jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand.

Cons:

Ein solider Aufenthalt mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen im Detail. Bei der Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad gab es leichten Nachholbedarf, da bei Anreise noch vereinzelte Haare zu finden waren und die Reinigung währenddessen etwas oberflächlich blieb. Zudem wären bessere Trocknungsmöglichkeiten wünschenswert: Da lange Handtuchstangen fehlten, trockneten die Handtücher schlecht, und auch für Strandtücher gab es kaum geeignete Plätze zum Aufhängen.

Pros:

Cute hotel and loved the nice glass of wine with cheese. Staff was friendly. Room was great.

Cons:

We must have missed the small print. Parking was a block plus away and 13euro. Hotel was in a pedestrian only area.

Pros:

Śniadania były w porządku i zapewniały podstawowy wybór produktów. Lokalizacja hotelu była dogodna, szczególnie do spacerów po okolicy i zwiedzania najbliższych atrakcji. Ogólnie pobyt spełnił oczekiwania.

Cons:

Minusem był brak informacji przed przyjazdem, że do hotelu nie ma możliwości podjechania samochodem pod samo wejście. Ulica jest praktycznie wyłączona z ruchu, co utrudnia rozładunek bagaży i może być problematyczne dla osób przyjeżdżających po raz pierwszy. Warto, aby obiekt wyraźnie informował o tym gości przed przyjazdem.

Excellent location and a peaceful stay!
Pros:

The breakfast really stood out as excellent! Especially being able to order off a small menu in addition to the buffet. The staff was wonderful, giving us helpful advice on parking and even providing breakfast boxes for us on our extremely early departure day. We also enjoyed wonderful massages from Bianca at the spa. We loved the products in the bathroom so much we bought some to take home. Overall excellent!

Cons:

The shower was a bit moldy and had a bit of a musty smell, we could see why as the ventilation was not great in a very small bathroom. We found that it was very hard to get our towels to completely dry. The hammam shower was also closed during our stay but we did still enjoy the pool.

Pros:

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They pointed out all kinds of unique facets of the hotel - the works of art, the wonderful restaurant and bistro. The Location is so convenient to exploring Ponta Delgado - easy to get to and from the airport. I would highly recommend it - spa is amazing and the food was incredibly good.

Perfekt für unsere erste Nacht auf den Azoren!
Pros:

10 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen, in einer Fussgängerzone zentral gelegen. Zimmer war klein, ruhig, sauber, Betten super bequem. Es gab zur Begrüßung Früchte und ein paar andere süße Snacks. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr lecker mit qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten. Leider hatte unser Flug erhebliche Verspätung, so dass wir erst nach Mitternacht ankamen und den Wellnessbereich nicht mehr nutzen konnten.

Cons:

Der Garten ist nur sehr klein, so dass lediglich wenige Gäste dort frühstücken können.

It was a good stay overall.

Overall a good stay. The steam room (or sauna) was under maintenance which I wish they would have said. Rooms were good and the location was excellent Z
