Pros:

Located extremely close to the center of Ponta Delgada, this hotel offers a good boutique experience with modern arty designs and comfortable rooms. SPA is modest but nice place to relax for a bit and get some refreshment.

grundsätzlich gut und schön
Pros:

sehr sauber, schöne Lage und Austattung / Design top. Sympatische Bar und teilweise Personal sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Cons:

wie bereits gesagt war das Personal teilweise freundlich. Man merkte schon, dass je nach Tag und Tageszeit, das Personal und dementsprechend die Stimmung eine Andere war. In der Zimmerausstattung hat mir der Platz zum Aufhängen gefehlt (Innenraum und Badezimmer), hier hätten wir uns noch 1-2 zusätzliche Haken gewünscht.

Un hotel muy bonito en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, en una zona peatonal y tranquila. Todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. La decoración muy cuidada, con un montón de rincones preciosos y obras de arte. Agua de cortesía todos los días en la habitación. La carta del restaurante breve pero con toques azóranos. Y el desayuno abundante y variado.

Cons:

No ha habido nada que no me gustase, que fuese responsabilidad del hotel :-)

Piscina é linda! por outro lado água completamente fria... no quarto ár condicionado bloqueado no quente, na hora de ir jantar saimos e pedimos ao colaborador da receção para verificar o que se passava no ar condicionado o que fez foi abrir a janela e o ar condicionado bloqueado no quente na mesma, não se conseguia estar no quarto de tão quente, para abrir a janela não precisava de pedir ao colaborador na receção eu mesmo abriria! para preço qualidade para **** muito á quem!

A não perder!
Pros:

O hotel é simples mas muito bem decorado. O restaurante tem vista para o jardim e dá a sensação de refúgio na natureza em plena cidade. Pequeno almoço muito bom. A piscina interior surpreende.

Pros:

Deuxième visite au Nine dots et franchement pas déçu. L’emplacement est idéal, les installations sont au goût du jour et les commodités sont parfaites pour relaxer. Excellent petit déjeuner.

The perfect location for exploring Sao Miguel!
Pros:

Nine Dots was absolutely perfect for our stay on Sao Miguel island. The location is amazing for exploring the island. The room was so spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and had something for everyone! We appreciated all the little touches like the little cakes left by housekeeping staff in our room which were so perfect after a long day of hiking. We also appreciated the use of the gorgeous pool/spa area. Overall this was one of my favorite hotel stays ever, and it was a very reasonable price.

Cons:

Parking is limited in the area, not the hotel’s fault but we parked in a nearby underground garage which was cheaper than the hotel parking rate.

The best boutique hotel ✨
Pros:

This boutique hotel is exceptionnal ! The staff was attentive and kind, the facilities were sparkly clean, decorated with taste. This hotel is so much more than a hotel ; it has a real storytelling, every feature was thought and chosen with care- from the dishes made locally with a mission to the art displayed. I enjoyed the spa and the restaurant as well. I will be back without a doubt !
