From the very first moment — starting with the reception — this hotel feels like a true treasure of the island. The check-in was fast and smooth, and then I received something that truly touched my heart: a handwritten welcome letter. It was such a warm and unexpected surprise. I kept this letter with me and saved it for my next visit, which I truly hope will be very soon.

The breakfasts are absolutely delicious, the room is very comfortable, and the evening cookies that are brought to the room are simply wonderful — such a small detail, but it means so much. Every moment here is filled with care, warmth, and real hospitality.

Pros:

Zimmer und das Hotel ist superschön und hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wären auch gerne noch etwas geblieben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Sauna im Spabereich war leider wegen Maintenance geschlossen und das Wasser im Pool war eher kühl um etwas Zeit darin zu verbringen.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Walkable to everything in the city centre. Staff are amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great patio out on the street. Amazing place!

Het hotel voelde als thuiskomen.
Voelde vertrouwd en was sfeervol.
Alles zag er perfect verzorgd en schoon uit.
Iedereen die in het hotel werkte deden er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken.
Ook het restaurant was gezellig.
Veel klanten van buiten het hotel kwamen er ook eten.
Gewoon een top locatie!

Todo excelente. El desayuno, personal, instalaciones, atencion, etc. Volveriamos sin duda. Este hotel boutique parece de 5 estrellas. Te llevan tus bebidas gratis todos los dias, nos dieron galletitas y siempre super amables y pendientes.

Cons:

Speisenauswahl im Restaurant merkwürdig - eine Art Experimentierküche hat uns gar nicht gefallen.
Mengen zu gering und überteuert. Zum Glück viele fussläufige Alternativen.
