Piscina é linda! por outro lado água completamente fria... no quarto ár condicionado bloqueado no quente, na hora de ir jantar saimos e pedimos ao colaborador da receção para verificar o que se passava no ar condicionado o que fez foi abrir a janela e o ar condicionado bloqueado no quente na mesma, não se conseguia estar no quarto de tão quente, para abrir a janela não precisava de pedir ao colaborador na receção eu mesmo abriria! para preço qualidade para **** muito á quem!
Mi sono trovato molto bene in tutti gli aspetti dalla accoglienza,ai servizi,una gentilezza,delicatezza e attenzione dallo staff per i clienti per niente scontata,mi sono trovato lì per il mio compleanno e inaspettatamente ho ricevuto una torta deliziosa e champagne offerto dall’hotel..grazie grazie!
O hotel é simples mas muito bem decorado. O restaurante tem vista para o jardim e dá a sensação de refúgio na natureza em plena cidade. Pequeno almoço muito bom. A piscina interior surpreende.
Deuxième visite au Nine dots et franchement pas déçu. L’emplacement est idéal, les installations sont au goût du jour et les commodités sont parfaites pour relaxer. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Nine Dots was absolutely perfect for our stay on Sao Miguel island. The location is amazing for exploring the island. The room was so spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and had something for everyone! We appreciated all the little touches like the little cakes left by housekeeping staff in our room which were so perfect after a long day of hiking. We also appreciated the use of the gorgeous pool/spa area. Overall this was one of my favorite hotel stays ever, and it was a very reasonable price.
Parking is limited in the area, not the hotel’s fault but we parked in a nearby underground garage which was cheaper than the hotel parking rate.
This boutique hotel is exceptionnal ! The staff was attentive and kind, the facilities were sparkly clean, decorated with taste. This hotel is so much more than a hotel ; it has a real storytelling, every feature was thought and chosen with care- from the dishes made locally with a mission to the art displayed. I enjoyed the spa and the restaurant as well. I will be back without a doubt !

Estada molt agradable al Nine Dots! Destacaria sobretot el servei i l’amabilitat del personal, sempre atent i amb un tracte molt proper tenint uns detalls increïbles . Es nota la cura pels detalls en tots els espais, amb una decoració molt cuidada i acollidora. La ubicació és molt bona i permet moure’s fàcilment per la zona. A més, el petit spa és un gran plus per relaxar-se després del dia. Sens dubte, un hotel molt recomanable!
Si hagués de dir algun punt menys positiu, comentaria que el bany és una mica just de mides. Resulta lleugerament incòmode a l’hora d’obrir la porta i moure’s entre la dutxa i el WC. Tot i això, és un detall menor dins d’una estada molt agradable en general.

O quarto tinha um cheiro forte nada agradável, tendo que abrir a janela para melhorar
Pequeno-almoço era bom, com produtos de qualidade e óptima omelete de queijo

A piscina singularmemte intimista, relaxante e de arquitectura perfeita.
O canto de leitura, que usei, é tranquilo, com luz ideal parao objectivo e singelamente bonito e agradável.
A remperatura da sala.jantar estva um pouco baixa.
From the very first moment — starting with the reception — this hotel feels like a true treasure of the island. The check-in was fast and smooth, and then I received something that truly touched my heart: a handwritten welcome letter. It was such a warm and unexpected surprise. I kept this letter with me and saved it for my next visit, which I truly hope will be very soon.
The breakfasts are absolutely delicious, the room is very comfortable, and the evening cookies that are brought to the room are simply wonderful — such a small detail, but it means so much. Every moment here is filled with care, warmth, and real hospitality.

Zimmer und das Hotel ist superschön und hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wären auch gerne noch etwas geblieben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Sauna im Spabereich war leider wegen Maintenance geschlossen und das Wasser im Pool war eher kühl um etwas Zeit darin zu verbringen.
