We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our entire visit. We were here for our honeymoon, and the hotel made it truly special by surprising us with a lovely gift in our room. Many staff members also personally congratulated us, which was such a heartwarming touch. The overall atmosphere and service were top-notch!
Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with a sewage smell in the bathroom during the evenings for a few days. If the bathroom door was left open, the odor would easily spread into the bedroom, which was quite unpleasant. We reported this issue to the reception, and while they immediately took action and the situation improved, a slight smell still lingered for the rest of our stay.

Várakozásunkat felülmúlta a hotel. Az apró figyelmességek nagyon jól estek, mint pl a reggelinél, a kávé automata mellett kihelyezett elviteles poharak vagy az előmelegített törölköző a spaban. A reggeli minőségi alapanyagokból készül és rendkívül ízletes. A hotel minden részlete jól átgondolt és dizájnos.

O hotel é muito elegante e moderno, a cama muito confortável, limpeza e atendimento do staff sempre muito atenciosos e simpáticos, boa comida para além de bem confecionada a qualidade dos produtos, spa e massagem incríveis.
Solicitei uma breakfast box, porque tinha um evento desportivo essa manhã que era anterior ao horário previsto do pequeno almoço e a quantidade de comida é manifestamente pouca, ainda que fica a boa vontade de tentarem ajudar.
Quarto muito confortável, relaxante.

The hotel is beautiful and situated conveniently in the middle of the island, rooftop bar and pool are really nice as well as the spa. Beds are incredibly comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. Restaurant serves great food.
AC only works when you are in the room. Also it seems to reset itself to 22 degrees and heating randomly, from 19 degrees & cooling. We ended up just opening the balcony windows for the night. Might have been just us unable to use it properly though.
