Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Lyhyt matka kävellen keskustaan. Henkilökunta on erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Hotellin SPA-osastolla hyvä suomalainen sauna ja mukava höyrysauna. Yläkerran baarissa oli maukkaat ruoka-annokset. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja riittävä.

Breakfast was good, sympathy from the staff.

Cons:

We reserved a table for the restaurant and when we arrived to have dinner the restaurant was full and no reservation for us.
The manager took us to the restaurant on the 4th floor but the environment wasn't the same which it was very disappointing and we just wanted to eat something and go back to room.
They could have some kids menu.
We asked for a gin as a drink and by surprise they served a gin in a wine glass... I assume this is a reputable hotel... the bartender should know the gin isn't served in a glass of wine.

Wir trafen ausschliesslich Leute, die einen tollen Job machten. Ich persönlich hasse Air condition .
Pros:

Frühstück ausgezeichnet, ebenso die Küche für à la carte. (Wir waren zweimal Nachtessen, beide Male begeistert – aber die Auswahl ist recht beschränkt.)
Der CEO hat mit meinem Bruder und mir mehrmals ausführlich geplaudert er ist äusserst sympathisch und engagisert.
Sämtliches Servierpersonal und die Leute an der Reception war schlichtweg sensationell: freundlich, kommunikativ, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Glücklich, wer eine solche Crew hat.

Cons:

Im Saunabereich ist einiges nach so kurzer Zeit nicht perfekt (Türen, die klemmen, der Boden in der Sauna lösst sich teilweisle auf – d.h. die Fugen ertragen die Wärem nicht. Auf dem Balkon wellt sich der Teppich.)
Zur Terrasse: Klimaanlage sorgt für Kühlschranktemperatur in der Rooftop-Bar. Die WCs der Terrassenbar funktionierten häufig nicht.(Also einige Garantieschäden!)
