Gute Lage aber niemals 4 Sterne !
Pros:

Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und das Frühstück war immer gleich. Es gab nur 2 Optionen zur Auswahl

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schmutzig. Flecken auf den Teppichen und an den Wänden. Kleine Tiere (Bettwanzen) im Zimmer. Die Duschen undicht.

Would highly recommend this accommodation!
Pros:

Very close to all attractions and easy walking distance to metro. The staff , especially Rafa, were exceptional in providing helpful information to us to facilitate an amazing stay.

Pros:

Great hotel close to the square so in a great location. The staff were very friendly and rooms very comfortable and clean.
Lovely continental breakfast in downstairrs cafe attached to the hotel.
Room was a deluxe room which was very spacious and great air conditioning!
My husband was celebrating a big birthday and there was a lovely bottle of wine in the room when we came back to our room on the day of his birthday..

Cons:

The safety deposit box wasn't attached to anything which made it defunct ...when we addressed this at reception we were told the rooms were getting refurbished? Also that nothing would get stolen? We didnt let this ruin the experience as everything else was great. However we had to bring our valuables out with us every day which was disappointing.

Sve izvrsno osim načina podjele doručka!

Lokacija, osoblje i udobnost objekta, recepcioneri izvrsni i srdačni, najbolji među njima je mladi recepcioner iz Pakistana!👏👏👏👏

Cons:

Doručak, nikako mi se ne sviđa način dijeljenja doručka! Isto tako nema dovoljno mjesta u prostoru za doručak! Također, prostor za doručak služi i drugim građanima za doručak uz plaćanje . Nikako se nisam lijepo osjećao na doručku kako zbog stalnog čekanja mjesta tako i zbog čekanja da ti posluže doručak a vrijeme prolazi u čekanju doručka umjesto u šetnji gradom!

L'emplacement était tout bonnement parfait, à deux pas de la place du commerce et autres points stratégiques de la ville pour des visites à pieds agréables. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, petit balcon agréable et personnel extrêmement sympathique.

Hotel ist okay, super Lage, tolle Zimmergroesse, begrenztes Fruestueck.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personal an der Rezeption. Wirklich super.

Cons:

Das Fruehstueck war kwalitativ sehr gut, aber immer das gleiche. Man hatte auch nicht viel Auswahl. Und die Auswahl, die man hatte, war an manchen Tagen auch noch beschraenkt. Zum Beispiel: Immer nur gleicher Schinken und Kaese (jeweils eine Scheibe), und die Wahl zwischen Apfelsaft und Orangensaft (wobei der Apfelsaft sogar einmal schon nicht mehr verfuegbar war und einen Tag die Kaffeemaschine kaputt war. Man bekommt auch nur eine Tasse Kaffee pro Person. Also alles sehr begrenzt.

Centraal gelegen en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Centraal gelegen op 350m van centrum.
Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Hotelkamer was echter klein, voornamelijk lengte bed stelde een beetje teleur (ik ben zelf immers wel lang).
Ontbijt in onderliggend café/lunchroom waar men kan vooraf een keuze moet maken wat men wil eten, dus geen ontbijtbuffet of zo.
Vrij rustig gelegen al is men aan de overkant (5 meter afstand) men renovatie van een ander complex bezig.

Cons:

Afmeting van kamer viel tegen, misschien heb ik de omvang bij het boeken niet goed gelezen.
Ondanks dat de kamers geluidsarm ingericht zijn, kunnen buren toch wel voor overlast zorgen door hard te praten, televisie hard te zetten dan wel de deur met een klap dicht laten vallen.

We booked a hotel with breakfast included, which is advertised as a 4-star hotel. However, this hotel is far from a 4-star standard and would realistically deserve no more than 2 stars.
Breakfast was included in the price, but it was served in an external bakery within the hotel. The selection was extremely limited: you could choose between two types of bread, one egg, a small piece of ham and cheese, and a coffee that tasted watered down and flavorless. Although the bakery has a professional coffee machine, that coffee is not included in the breakfast and must be paid for separately.
Overall, the breakfast was very poor.
Therefore, the price of the hotel is far too high for the level of service and quality provided.
