The hotel falls far below the standards of a 4-star hotel.

We booked a hotel with breakfast included, which is advertised as a 4-star hotel. However, this hotel is far from a 4-star standard and would realistically deserve no more than 2 stars.
Breakfast was included in the price, but it was served in an external bakery within the hotel. The selection was extremely limited: you could choose between two types of bread, one egg, a small piece of ham and cheese, and a coffee that tasted watered down and flavorless. Although the bakery has a professional coffee machine, that coffee is not included in the breakfast and must be paid for separately.
Overall, the breakfast was very poor.
Therefore, the price of the hotel is far too high for the level of service and quality provided.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Hilfe am Abreisetag hat bleibendem Eindruck hinterlassen.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, schönes Zimmer, geräumiges Bad und sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal - am Abreisetag hatte unser Booking.com Abhol-Sevice wegen einer Demo Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu erreichen. Die sehr nette junge Dame am Empfang hat das mitbekommen, mit dem Fahrer telefoniert und uns persönlich zu einem etwas entfernteren Treffpunkt gebracht. Das war sagenhaft, VIELEN DANK dafür!!!! Wir freuen uns auf's nächste Jahr!

Cons:

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr stimmig. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Everything else was simply amazing. If I ever return to Lisbon, I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Westlight Lisboa Madalena. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and truly felt taken care of. We were a group of 8 people celebrating my birthday and the team went above and beyond to make it special.

The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable and always perfectly clean. Housekeeping came every day, everything was spotless and neat, and the rooms were always warm and cozy. You can really tell they care about the details.

For my birthday, they surprised me with two complimentary bottles of champagne, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They also prepared a printed birthday note in my own language, which meant so much to me and truly made my day. I’m so thankful for their kindness and effort. The staff was always helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only small thing we didn’t particularly enjoy was the breakfast. It is served in collaboration with a coffee place located just below the reception area (with its own entrance from the main street as well). While it was convenient, the choices were a bit limited for our taste. However, it wasn’t included in our room rate, we chose to try it separately so it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Pros:

L'accueil est chaleureux, l'hôtel est très bien situé et petit déjeuner pris au rc et partagé au rc avec une boulangerie et petite restauration est excellent. Suite à une panne généralisé dans le quartier d'eau nous avons été relogé dans un hôtel plus huppé, rien a dire mais j'ai regretté le côté presque familiale et a taille humaine de cet hôtel.

Acceptable, but could be better if management and owner will care
Pros:

Perfect location. Clean room, coffee machine inside the room, good coffee.
Bed was perfect, real king size, perfect mattress.
Good soundproof plastic windows - its quite rare in Lisbon city center.
Nice (but quite light) breakfast included in the next cafe.

Cons:

Despite the good windows, the management doesn't care about noise.
The ceiling soundproofing is poor (or nonexistent), and conversations on the floor above can be heard. The toilet cistern dripped once every two seconds. This sound is very annoying.
The air conditioner control unit (inside the wall in electric box) hums noticeably.

The sink drain is almost completely clogged. I don't understand why - either the lazy maid doesn't wash her hands and doesn't know about the drain problem, or the lazy manager is skimping on calling a plumber.

konumu çok iyi peronel güleryüzlü oda yeterince geniş banyo çok başarılı. Duş basıncı suyun gideri gibi konular çok başarılı . Her gün odamıza görevliler girip toparlamışlardı.
