Pros:

The location is perfect, on the border of Alfama and Baixa, with many local mini-shops and places to eat. The room (Junior Suite) was newly painted and was very clean. The air conditioner is very useful in the hot summer days. The spacious beds and big flat TV. The breakfast was served daily in the cafe Copenhagen Coffee Lab on the first floor. Very delicious pastry and fresh juices. The staff was very polite, very helpful and all our requests were fulfilled. Especially I would thank Bernardo the manager, who was very welcoming and polite and helped us to get a discount to visit The Lisbon Oceanarium. Definitely we would recommend to stay in this hotel.

Gostei do conforto das camas e principalmente da localização.

Cons:

Algumas coisas pontuais que achei ser falta de cuidado para um hotel de "4 estrelas". A recepcionista me fez esperar até as 15h para entrar no quarto, mesmo sabendo que cheguei as 10h cansada do voo. Eu cheguei a ver uma das funcionários da limpeza saindo as 14h. Será que nessa 1h ou meia hora não poderia ter liberado o quarto? Outra coisa é que não preencheram o recipiente de sabonete e acabou no meio da estadia, e como eu só pedi pra arrumar o quarto 1x, nem nessa vez eles repuseram e nem nessa vez trocaram a toalha, tive que pedir.
