Struttura nuova solo all'apparenza. Stanza trasformata in monolocale, con sistemi posticci e pannellati. Al nostro arrivo presenza di una grossa blatta nella scala d'ingresso, fuoriuscita dai pannelli lignei che rivestono tutta la scala. Sul soffitto della stanza, al di sopra del modulo cucina-bagno, presente grossa voragine ricoperta con foglio di nylon. Lavandino del bagno microscopico, difficile lavarsi anche semplicemente le mani, nonché otturato. Cassetta del water insufficiente allo scarico. No bidet. No TV.

Place was very clean. Great location. Easy check-in.

Very good location, very safe and quiet.
Health and safely concern on shower glass door, which is not locked in. It comes off the rail when sliding, slippery flooring in shower and water leak out through gaps from the sliding door.

Great location and great apartment! It was clean and check-in instructions were easy.

Soggiorno di 6 notti terribile a Santa Caterina 632.
Camera con affaccio su cavedio non dichiarato, vista muro e finestra inutilizzabile per via degli scarichi cucina.
Ambiente umido e con muffa sui muri, bagno cieco senza aspirazione e lavandino inutilizzabile perché troppo piccolo e mancante di un miscelatore.
Ho trovato formiche nel letto dopo tre giorni.
Ho richiesto un cabio asciugamani che mi è stato negato.
L'host nonostante informato dei vari problemi non ha fornito assistenza, il rimborso promesso non è mai arrivato e le comunicazioni successive sono state vaghe.
La gestione LovelyStay è assolutamente poco seria e inaffidabile.
Expedia dovrebbe rimuovere immediatamente questa struttura dal suo sito.

Terrible check in. Unpleasant smell in the room . No towels exchange during our 1 week staying. Ants in the bad (was fixed).

L’appartement était propre et confortable jusqu’au moment où nous avons été privés d’eau. Après de nombreux échanges avec l’hôte, nous avons découvert, grâce à des documents trouvés dans les boîtes aux lettres, que l’eau avait été coupée pour cause de factures impayées. L’hôte a fait preuve de mauvaise foi, et nous avons dû chercher un nouvel hôtel pour le reste de notre séjour, à nos propres frais.

Excellent room, very spacious, with a large bathroom and kitchen that had all the basics for cooking. Really close to the city center, only a couple blocks away from Mercado Bolhão.

Le logement a été bien conçu mais, malheureusement, le fini laisse à désirer. Il y a des dommages majeurs au plafond et même les murs portaient des traces d'invités peu soucieux de protéger le cachet de ce logement. C'est quand même très confortable et bien situé.

Incrível! Uma amiga e eu ficamos hospedadas por 10 dias e não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor lugar, a rua é perfeita também, movimentada e perto de tudo, a noite silêncio absoluto para dormir. Só sentimos falta de uma TV e de uma internet melhor, precisei trabalhar e tive que usar dados móveis.
Ficamos no segundo andar, como não tem elevador não aconselho para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção.

From the moment I arrived, I experienced several issues, starting with a lack of basic cleaning services and amenities such as toilet paper. However, the most alarming problem was the severe flooding from the shower, which caused steam to spread throughout the room, affecting the ceiling, lights, and creating a hazardous situation. Given the risk of electrical shock, this situation was not only unacceptable but life-threatening.

There was no staff available on-site to address this emergency, as the property lacks a front desk or any form of responsible management. I was left without any form of assistance in what could have been a critical situation. This complete lack of responsibility and disregard for guest safety exposed me to significant danger.

The perceived value of money is zero

Rispetto a quanto presentato online, la camera era sicuramente molto meno bella, soprattutto la “vista”: dalle foto sembrava fosse semplicemente su una corte interna, nella realtà affaccia su altre case (si vede dentro le stanze tanto sono vicine) e su condotti di ventilazione malconci e con un cattivo odore di cucinato. La pulizia era abbastanza superficiale e la montangna di cuscini sul letto piena di polvere così come il divano e le lampade. Il lavandino del bagno è così piccolo da essere inutilizzabile. Sopra il bagno sono stati abbandonati dei materiali da costruzione metallici che davano un’aria abbastanza squallida alla stanza, ovviamente non presenti nelle foto online. Il wifi funziona a singhiozzo e dentro la stanza c’è poco campo. Per entrare, c’è una scala veramente ripida e scomoda. Gli unici punti a favore sono stati il letto comodo, la cucina per farsi la colazione e la vicinanza al centro. Non è stato terribile, ma di certo non merita nemmeno recensioni eccellenti.

O apto, cama, chuveiro, toalhas, travesseiros eram otimos, a comunicação com o anfitriã foi facil assim como check-in e check out. A localização é espetacular, perto de mercados , restaurantes, padarias e lojas. Ao um detalhe que não percebi ao reservar e que ficava no 3 piso.

We had an amazing stay at this property! There were lots of great restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions all close by within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. When we first arrived, the bed sheets and towels were a bit dirty, but when we let them know, they came to replace them and give us fresh sheets and towels within a few hours! Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Property is nice and clean, but communication was difficult. We did not receive information about how to access the apartment until 10 minutes before our check in time, and after two phone calls to reconfirm when we would receive the info.
Shower door was also falling off the hinge, and wifi access was poor. The LovelyStay team said there was no wifi in the apartment, despite the welcome sheet with Wifi login and password in the entry of Apartment.
