B&B HOTEL Calais Terminal Cité de l'Europe 2 étoiles

Conveniently located near Le Shuttle terminal (9 min by car). Enough parking spaces. Did not have breakfast, had to catch an early train.

Plenty of shops. Staff polite. Parking very safe.

Parking easy

We got to the hotel very late, but checked in easily. Slept well in clean basic room. Asked for a hair dryer in the morning and was asked for my credit card, I only had my phone so was refused. I get that it’s basic but this just seemed over the top and not good customer service.
Overall it was convenient, clean and you get what you pay for

On arrival at 1.45pm the reception was closed and shuttered. The alternative was self check-in. We at that time didn't have the relevant information. No internet. My wife booked the B&B Hotel 3 for the night. When I went back to hotel 2 there was a person I spoke to through closed shutters and booked us in. It was too late as we booked hotel 3. The receptionist started to raise her voice and demanded payment and credit card details. I refused. After continued voice raising she cancelled the booking.

Excellent for a quick stop over

This is the budget B&B Hotel near the LeShuttle terminal. There are 2 other B&B hotels on this site, and if you want comfort stay in one of the others. This is a budget hotel so rooms are small and facilities cramped, but it is okay just for an overnight stay, bed was comfortable enough but the room was hot. Staff nice though. Outlet shopping centre nearby has many dining and drinking options.

Para hacer noche de camino al eurotunnel no esta mal. Hotel barato al que han hecho un lavado de cara. Habitaciones pequeñas y limpias pero correctas para un a noche. Tiene parking.

Rooms were just right for our party, very disappointed with the service in the morning for breakfast as not much food to eat or choose from.
Breakfast not good for value that day.

One night stopover to the riviera . Great location , easy to get to from motorway , clean and comfortable .

No one in hotel, we had no code and several other customers walked away unable to get Later car park was full of children/teenagers waiting for accommodation. Reception area full of clutter. Bad hotel
