Residhome Nice Aéroport

Clean room, very comfy bed ,, great shower, had a balcony looking out on to a square, if arrive by airport,, take the free tram to grand arenas ,, then it’s a 2-3 minute stroll to the hotel,, it’s a good 20+ min walk from terminal 2 ,, grand arenas handy stop to get into nice ,, 7 and 14 day passes r a good option as well!

Clean

The room was very clean and very comfortable and the staff excellent! I especially loved the balcony. My only suggestion would be to have either tissues (Kleenex) in the room.

This facility is inadequately operated as a hotel. Perhaps it might be better as an apartment hotel.

No instructions provided as in the room on to how to use the stove, microwave or towel warmer.

Damaged non stick pot should have been removed or replaced. Makes it looks like you don't care.

Coffee packages not supplied on a daily basis.
Trash bin not cleared on a daily basis.

We will not be recommending this hotel.

Simply perfect! Convenience, comfort, space, amenities. We slept so well! The thick windows and door are great.

We walked from the airport, not advised, roads busy and its longer than suggested. Get a cab. Room was excellent, balcony with sun, lovely breakfast. Would recommend

Very good location with easy access to Nice by tram or nearby places of interest using regional train

Difficult to get to from a car if you have luggage to drop off there. Walkable from the airport, about 15-20 with luggage. Good location with yummy food options nearby.

Bad experience

The staff is not knowledgeable about the surrounding restaurants, besides they have an attitude which is not necessary. Lastly they don't clean your room unless you stay 7 days or more. In general terrible staff.

Very hard to locate- desk clerk was rude and VERY unhelpful- we were from US and travelled took 30 min to find property - thank goodness we had a good UBER driver and he was worried about dropping us off. We ask about the desk clerk about fiid- EAT- he said nothing- we found it close to hotel- so we brought back flyers from restaurant so other guest did not have to experience what we did I!

The air conditioning was amazing! Coming from Milan I struggled to find a room that got below 27 degrees Celsius. The room here got to 19 degrees Celsius, which made it comfortable to sleep. The front desk employees were really helpful and catered to my native language of English. 10/10 would recommend and when I’m back in Nice, this is where I will stay:

Our room was on the top floor during the summer. The room was very clean and big. However, there was no air conditioner. They left the windows open with a curtain covering the opening. You could see across the building inside other people’s balcony. It didn’t feel

Very good

It is a long stay hotel. They do not clean your room unless you pay extra. This was not on the booking page. No extra toilet paper provided you have to buy your own if it runs out. You also have to bring down hour trash upon check out. Too expensive for what they offer. It was not told beforehand so you dont know until you get there.

Friendly staff and clean room with comfy bed

Stayed 6 nights. Very nice studio suite with awesome air conditioning. Temperatures were very hot and humid outside. Appreciated the cool reprieve inside. 13 euro breakfast was good.
