Nice rooms

It’s a small hotel, which was great. They only had one dining area with limited hours. There were many other restaurants nearby, which worked out well. The staff was always very friendly and helpful in arranging transportation.

Only thing lacking was available dedicated parking. But we paid to park on the street. We love this hotel.

Everything was great, except I found mold in every corner of the shower
I understand the shower area it’s wet and it’s pretty easy for me to accumulate, but they should pay more attention and clean up better. Also, I think it will be better if they switched their windows specially the ones toward the street to noise, blocking windows or double layer windows because you could hear all the noise from outside.

The hotel was close to everything for walking. The staff was absolutely fabulous and attended to any concerns we had. I had lost my wallet in a cab and they helped me get it back right away.
The breakfast was fabulous and the coffee were made fresh for us each day. We did not have a want. This staff went overboard to make sure we were very satisfied I. Everything we were doing. I recommend this hotel is such a great value but more importantly a fabulous experience

5 Star Excellent—the property and my room were white-glove clean. The staff was exceptionally professional and fluent in English. The property is walking distance of shopping, the metro, and safe, exciting fun.

Nice place to stay

Great location and friendly staff

We loved our balcony room. The room is very spacious and the bathroom was very large and included a separate tub and shower. A little noise from construction across the street but that seems like it will be a short term issue. Would love better lighting in bathroom and storage shelf in shower for personal items.

Lovely area, great staff!

We had a Superior Room (queen bed) without a balcony, and we were very happy with our room and the space provided. Housekeeping was super. We never could get the towel warmer to turn on even though we called the front desk to check it. Maybe it was just us.

The location couldn't have been better. The metro line five minutes from the hotel is well connected, and there are restaurants in the area. I suggest the bakery around the corner to the right in the morning.

I did think the breakfast buffet was overpriced alsthough sufficient. The coffee took forever to get, and the cappuccino always seemed weak with too much milk. They did offer energy shots and a health boost which was nice.Two days we were on the later side of its opening hours, and some of the items were no longer offered on the buffet. We weren't told that you could get made-to-order eggs, so I didn't know it was an option until the last morning (fifth day) after I had finished. Someone should explain at check-in or verbally offer the service in the restaurant.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Next time we would like to be able to try the restaurant's lunch. It looked delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees shopping and fairly close to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were absolutely wonderful and helped so much with a special occasion and taxis and whatever we needed. The rooms are small, but nice. The buffet breakfast was nice and easy each morning. We would stay at the Padam Hotel again.

We LOVED Padam Hotel for our trip. Our room was large with a very large bathroom and that was a nice treat. The hotel was decorated beautifully and the staff was very helpful. Hotel was maybe a 10 minute walk from a few different subway stations, so it was easy to get around. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely, the green juice was a favorite!

Great location. Super clean rooms and nice breakfast

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was in a nice location with lots of restaurants around (no good patisseries though, sadly). I was disappointed with the shampoo/bodywash. I expect much nicer for Paris and this price point. So bring your own if you stay here. And weirdly they didn’t supply any wash cloth, only hand towels and bath towels. That was really odd. The staff was very helpful except they didn’t charge us for the city tax until we left. I’ve always paid that at the beginning of the stay so it was surprising and inconvenient to be chased down the street at 6am when trying to make our flight to have to tie up those loose ends. Also the smart TV did not have Netflix, etc., just a means for you to chromecast off your own phone or tablet.

Love the breakfast buffet

It's located around center of Paris, walkable to the major shopping street. The room is a bit small -- don't know if it's typical in Paris. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. We took an early flight, arrived in the morning and asked if we could check in earlier. They tried their best to fit us in around 9am! We really appreciate that. Besides, the breakfast there is good as well. I would choose it again if we're back to Paris and I would recommend to everyone.
