La habitacion es limpia, y con facilidades, el personal, habla frances y muy poco inglés para comunicarse, a pesar de ello son muy amables. El ingreso a los apartamentos es terrible, lejos de París, no tiene acceso principal, y practicamente tienes que bajar o subir tu equipaje fuera de la propiedad y en la banqueta. Conclusion NO VOLVERIA

Erg kil qua inrichting met spierwitte verlichting. Ze gaven aan geluidsarme kamers maar wij hoorden het verkeer toch. Vorige hotel hoorde we niks. In het restaurant was meer dan de helft wat op de kaart stond niet te krijgen. En 1 dame van de bediening was ook niet vriendelijk. Niks was mogelijk. En in de wijn zat er nog drab in. Wel een nieuwe gekregen.

Restaurant war leider geschlossen, in der Umgebung direkt gibt es leider nichts.

Dit is mijn 6e of 7e verblijf in dit apartement hotel wegens mijn werk in Parijs. Modern, schoon en niet al te ver van mijn werk met de trein en metro maar 1. de keuken gedeelte is te klein voor een standaard comfort studio, 2e lift werkt niet sinds mei of eerder, fitness was ook ruim 2 maanden wegens brand of zo...dus de service en onderhoud duurt te lang. Ook zou het handig zijn als er meer personeel is bij de receptie. Rest is top. Prachtig uitzicht op de 9e etage.

Hôtel dont les points positifs sont : une capacité d’accueil importante - l’environnement avec la possibilité de se garer à l’extérieur et donc éviter de payer le parking de l’hôtel - la taille des chambres - un pdj complet
Les points d’amélioration : donner une vie à cet hôtel avec plus de chaleur à l’accueil (surtout un élément oú vous savez qu’en lui demandant qqch , sa réponse ne va pas aller dans le sens de la satisfaction client. Pas de service comme une salle de sport ou un mini spa pour apporter du service.

L'hôtel et la chambre très bien. Ce qui a été moins bien 1 ascenseur sur 2 en fonctionnement, restaurant fermé, pas de spa .bon séjour quand même.

Appartement hôtel très bien. Personnel très sympathique. La chambre était récente, propre et conforme à la description avec un balcon. Seule petite chose négative que je pourrais mettre est le nettoyage effectué une seule fois dans la semaine au bout de 4 jours...Le ménage tout les deux jours serait pas mal, ne serait ce que pour vider les poubelles... De plus il y a une erreur sur le temps qu'il faut pour aller de l’hôtel à la gare la plus proche à pieds, il faut entre 10mn et un quart d'heure contrairement aux 4mn indiqué sur le site.

I came from UK in August 2025. Hotel All suite Apartment was surprisingly clean, well maintained, staff was friendly and help oriented. It was the best living space.
No bedbugs.
I strongly recommend to others.

The staff was kinda rude, I had an issue because they had listed the gym on the amenities section and that was the main reason I booked there because I was almost one month away from home and wanted to work out but when I got there they told me the gym was not available, I talked to them to see if it was possible to cancel or change the booking to just one night and they told me that it was very hard because it was going to be a “hassle” to get paid by Expedia because it was prepaid for 3 nights.
I had to stay away from my family who booked near by downtown Paris and I didn’t even get to work out.
If you are looking for the amenities make sure to contact them first because they are doing a lot of renovations, one of the employees told me they had a fire. If you are looking for something specific and they have it listed but when you get there they tell you it’s not available, most likely you won’t see your money back and they won’t do anything about it. The hotel is like 1:20 hour away downtown. Also the transportation around is very limited and you have to walk like 20 min to the nearest metro station.

I have had a horrible experience. Hopefully, it can be corrected. I arrived on July 25, 2025, with the leaving date of July 28, 2025. The first day was great. The staff was very helpful. The second day, my key stopped working. Originally, they thought it was the key, so the staff kept having me run back and forth to recode the key. Sometimes they would tell me to wait and that they would bring a key, but no one ever came and I was left in the dark because the key works the electricity. Eventually, I gave up, and I just asked the staff to open the door. They gave me a key that didn’t open the door but did keep the lights on. On July 27th, they upgraded me because my key was not working. Which I was happy with, but then I got an email that stated the hotel had charged my card 28 dollars. I went downstairs to clear the matter up, but the front desk at first stated she saw me with a beer. I explained to her how I came the night before, and the person at the bar stated that y'all can’t sell alcohol. Then she stated that I had breakfast. I asked her to show me some type of proof. I know for sure that I did not order breakfast because I had been sleeping in due to late nights. I just don’t like the dishonesty. Hopefully, it gets fixed. Either way, I will be disputing the charges, but I would like the hotel to give me some type of reason for why and how this happened.

Me agrado en general pero no nos fueron a limpiar el cuarto los 3 días de alojamiento.

Big discussion at reception regarding the parking fee, non functioning sofa bed which was compensated by a complementary breakfast, but which receptionist wanted me to pay later on. Manager found a conclusion for both sides but receptionist was quiet rude.

The elevator was not working. The gym was closed. It seams the hotel is not working properly. Besides my flight was cancelled I called to explain and they charged one extra night although I had purchased the insurance

Love it

Pas de sauna, pas de fitness, pas d'ascenseur. On est mis devant le fait accomplis sans dédommagement alors qu'on a payé pour et pris l'Hôtel spécifiquement pour cela. Parking payant en plus de se qui est déjà payé dans la réservation.

On a passé un weekend en famille les enfants ont aimé la suite tout était propre lieux et literie franchement hâte d’y retourner ❤️❤️❤️
