Great hotel. Lovely staff. Terrific location.

The location, and staff were great. The plastic bed sheet beneath the cotton bottom sheet made it very warm at nights. The breakfast room was very warm and every day we waited for one issue or another with the coffee machine.

Great location, hotel was fine so was the staff. Just thought the breakfast could be a little bit more complete, especially the fruits. It doesn’t kill to have fresh fruits instead of canned. Otherwise. Great.

During my visit (17 nights), I stayed in 3 different rooms. They were spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was ideal, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, shopping, surrounded by many restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, kind. I would stay at this hotel again, recommend it to family and friends.

The staff especially Amanda and Mohamed were very helpful in booking taxis every time also recommended restaurants and were always pleasant when on duty. The location is very convenient.

This is a lovely hotel where we were made to feel very welcome. It is well maintained and is in a good spot for sightseeing. The facilities were a little dated in places - our room was smaller than it looked on the website but was clean and neat. More storage for clothes would have been good and perhaps less ornaments!

Excellent stay. Excellent location, amazing breakfast with coffee and sweets available all the time. Rooms are nice, good but tiny bathroom. Shower great! The staff are super kind , not a given in Paris. I recommend it!

Cute hotel, not far from the Eiffel Tower. The people that work there were very nice and helpful. The concierge was even able to get me a reservation at a restaurant we really wanted to go to so that was great! It’s on a quieter street in Paris, but just a block or two away from busier streets with more restaurants and such. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Our room was very small, but cute, clean & had a little balcony. Again, all the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My daughter & I very much enjoyed our stay here.

Goegeous property and incredible service.

Very small room that smells bad. Apparently there is a sewer problems. Not very clean room, towels very dirty and there were some minor issues which were resolved by personnel very quickly. Great location, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, kind stuff. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel and not worth the money. We’ll be staying elsewhere next time in Paris.

My entire experience at Alberte Hotel was top notch. It's a true boutique hotel with friendly, personalized service and great amenities. The staff were so attentive and personalized touches like a welcome note and little treats for Easter were much appreciated. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in the hotel and the surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommend.
