Hôtel au centre-ville. Chambre tout confort. Personnel compétent et attentionné

Store fine rom og bra lokasjon. Pluss for stort kjøleskap. Verdt pengene å dra til denne landsbyen. Vi leide bil som vi fant ut var det enkleste. Gratis parkering og mange parkeringsplasser.

Das Gebäude ist wirklich schön. Das Zimmer ist toll. Die Lage ist super. 100 m entfernt ist ein öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hotel La Falaise is in a beautiful renovated old building. Our room was spacious.
Checking in can be difficult and frustrating. We never received the code we needed to access the property, so we waited a long time in front of the building. Finally, a man from the Lou Calen Hotel across the street came with another person who was trying to access the building. He told us that Hotel La Falaise and Lou Calen Hotel share the same reception. He took us over to the Lou Calen and checked us in. Also, there were no towels in the room, so they brought us towels and got us an extra chair. Citignac is a wonderfully charming town with several excellent restaurants.

Petit hôtel sans accueil, nous nous sommes butés à une porte verrouillée de l’établissement sans indication claire sur le stationnement. Après quelques appels téléphoniques, on nous dit de se présenter dans l’hôtel en face pour faire l’enregistrement et obtenir nos cartes, oufs, une chance que la chambre était confortable

J'ai aimé le lieu, la propreté et le confort.

Je m'attendais a un accueil. A la place, je tombe sur une porte clause, une sonnette, que j'actionne, mais personne ne répond.
Une fois, deux fois, trois fois, là, j'entend une voix très lointaine, me demandant de venir à l'accueil, derrière le bâtiment.
Rien n'est indiqué sur la porte, personne ne répond lors de mon appel sur le numéro indiqué à l'entrée.

Je me rend donc derrière et je comprends que je dois aller à l'autre hôtel, LouCalen.

A partir de là, tout est parfait, accueil au top.

Heureusement que je ne suis pas arrivé de nuit avec les enfants...

S'il vous plait, faites un effort à ce niveau et expliquez la marche à suivre clairement.

Je reviendrais, j'adore l'apéro à la brasserie le samedi soir, le brunch du dimanche à LouCalen, l'architecture et la décoration des lieux.

Lovely place. I had a room where I could see the main road and the market down the way. The room was clean, well appointed and had a beautiful bathroom. Of course it was clean. I would certainly go again.

It was necessary to check in at the hotel Lou Calen Across the street. I guess it's not a problem as long as you know that that's what you have to do. I had a beautiful room on the main floor. It was spacious clean and had everything I needed. I never saw another person. But it was January.

Great situation, helpful staff, big room and easy access. Parking nearby.

Great town and this place is right in the thick of it. Rooms are great - parking is a bit tricky. Also - note the check in process requires you download an app and we were confused thinking we had made a mistake when the app told us "no key assigned" - turns out this just meant our room wasn't ready yet (we went into the app when we got the email to download it) - sharing this so you don't panic - once our room was ready the key popped up in the app and the whole process was dead easy.

Easy and straight forward check-in and out. Nice, clean rooms. Very practical and no-nonsense hotel rooms in a very good location.

Cotignac itself is beautiful and charming, especially if you are there for the Tuesday market.

The hotel was closed. Everything was dark. Nobody answered the door. Could not get in.

Super clean and large room. Staff is super helpful. Perfect center of village location. Parking very close.

Clean and comfortable, but Spartan.
The absence of a manned reception desk and nobody around made it rather ghostly. A small lounge in the hotel would be pleasant.
Keyless entry great once we got the key card, but getting that not easy for us. Not the most viable route for entry into the hotel.
Easy to find breakfast in the Cours Gambetta.

hôtel en auto gestion , il y a personne pour nous accueillir , et pas de petits déjeuner pour le matin , c'est dommage...
Autrement , c'est un bel établissement très bien rénové .
