Fantastisk personale. Vi kom en dag restauranten havde lukket og alligevel tilbød hende der tog i mod os, at lave noget mad.
Vi havde hund med og hun hun fandt også lige en pakke kiks.
Sikke et sødt og opmærksomt personale.

Nice and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room

Last minute booking. Arrived late, after reception hours , but staff waited for us. Pretty small hotel , in idyllic neighborhood. No A/C and no fan in the room. This time as not that big of an issue, because the weather was nice and cool and we slept with windows open. Would not book in summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Relais Manderen. The hotel is conveniently located and the surrounding area is exceptionally beautiful, making it a perfect base for exploring. The service was top-notch—the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated their efforts to speak a little English to help us feel at home.
The facilities were perfectly clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which we felt was excellent value for money. The selection of fresh, local products, particularly the amazing breads and cheeses, was a real highlight. We would love to return in the future.

Ontbijt redelijk goed, diner was zeer goed. Matig onderhoud, zoals een wc bril die niet past, gordijn dat los zit, zeepdispenser die niet goed werkt. Kamer erg klein.

Après visite du Fort Hackenberg de la ligne Maginot et avant visite de Strasbourg, halte à l'hotel Manderen, dans un village tranquille.
Hotel très convenable mais pas d'ascenceur et pas d'aide pour monter les bagages au premier étage. La présence du chien est facturée 20 Euros pour la nuit, c'est un peu exagéré

Personnel très accueillant, chambre confortable et terrasse appréciable. Petit-déjeuner varié avec des produits frais et locaux. À 10’ de marché du château de Malbrouck. Une superbe expérience ❤️

angenehme Atmosphäre, Aufzug und Klimaanlage fehlt, gutes Bett, altes Badezimmer

Ich war mit meinen erwachsenen Töchtern unterwegs und ich hatte ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer für 3 Personen für 2 Nächte gebucht, so wie es auch von Expedia angeboten wurde. Ich hatte um ein Zustellbett gebeten, so wie empfohlen. Das Bett war aber eher für Kinder geeignet (war kein Problem, da meine Töchter vom Gewicht eher leicht sind -die Länge war kein Problem). Andere Zustellbetten gibt es nicht. Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Es war sauber und hatte eine Nespressomaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab genug Auswahl. Das Hotel bietet Regionale Produkte zum Essen an.
Der Ort ist ein sehr ruhiger, kleiner Ort. Direkt neben dem Ort findet man noch eine sehr schön renovierte Burg. Einige Kilometer weiter findet man Schengen, wo man günstiger als normal einkaufen kann.

They speak fluent English and are tremendously helpful and informative
Th the room is smaller but has all equipment as a 4* hotel

The property is immaculate and friendliest, most helpful staff. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was peacefully elegant.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with staff who are both extremely pleasant and efficient, and lovely to deal with.

I’m lucky enough to have stayed in some of the best hotels worldwide and the beds here are as good as any hotel that I’ve ever stayed in - genuinely the most comfortable ever and I wish I could take them back to England with me!

If I could give this hotel 11/10 then I would - it is that good.
