La piscine est minuscule et il y avait plein d'enfants américains autour de la piscine qui hurlaient . personne pour faire de l'ordre.
Le tarif était exorbitant et en parlant avec certains clients je me rends compte que j'ai payé trois à quatre fois plus cher que les autres.
il n'y avait personne dans l'hôtel mais malgré le prix que j'ai payé on m'a pas accordé le late check Out
Le restaurant était bon mais ce n'était nullement un gastronomique et c'était très cher pour ce que c'était
Bref je me suis sentie être le dindon de la farce

Perfect overnight stay
Pros:

Stayed here for a night on our honeymoon 28 years ago and were not disappointed returning . Very peaceful location, quiet room, comfy bed, great shower, lovely Nuxe products, excellent cocktails, food great from the bistro menu, amazing service, perfectly scrambled eggs for breakfast. Hopefully won’t leave it another 28 years before we return.

Cons:

Food poor and overpriced. We were there on nights which are bistronomique, but they still charge astoronimic gastronomic prices.

Pros:

Beautiful setting and restored elegantly. Amazing 5 course taster menu and incredible cheese selection. Wonderful staff.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, not huge choice but nice breads and cold meats.
Evening meal was very high quality. Served at a leisurely pace, but not ridiculously slow.
Flower and vegetable gardens to wander in. Lovely. Can walk with goats, sheep, donkeys just outside. Restful.

Cons:

There is nothing the staff could have improved. The single issue is access from the main road is via 12/13 km of small roads. But it is worth it.

Mooi kasteel en locatie maar matige ervaring
Pros:

Het kasteel is prachtig. Mooi uitzicht en algemene ruimtes binnen en buiten, waar je kan zitten is heerlijk. De kamers zijn onderhouden en geven een gevoel van luxe. Het bed is top, mooie kasten en marmer overal. Luxe bank als eyecatcher. We waren verkocht aan buiten: de bloementuin en het uitzicht. Elektrische auto’s kan je makkelijk opladen. Het restaurant is ook van goede kwaliteit: eten en wijn was uitmuntend.

Cons:

Het personeel gaf je geen waarde voor je geld qua experience. Ze waren aardig, zeiden hoi maar nooit meer. Ze vroegen niks aan je, ze zaten er alsof ze het niet naar hun zin hadden. Het ontbijt viel erg tegen, alsof je in een simpel hotel was. Croissantjes waren op als je er niet op tijd was en je kreeg geen sorry te horen. Aanbod aan vers gebak was van slechte kwaliteit en voelde niet als een aanvulling. Wat ons het meest tegenzat was de vreselijke kwaliteit koffie. Je kon geen cappuccino krijgen. Ten slotte was onze handgreep naar de badkamer los, maar het personeel heeft hier niks aan gedaan in de dagen dat we er zaten. Het is wat zonde.
