LABE Hôtel Tours Centre Gare

Beautiful little gem in the heart of Tours! You step out the door and you are right at the train and bus stations. Close to Jean Jaurès with lots of dining, rue nationale with all of the shopping and close to old Tours. It's in an older building that's been remodeled with a very funky and eclectic design. I stayed in the shoebox room which was more than enough space for me and the perfect price range. It was very clean and despite being on the heart of the city it was a quiet little oasis. I've been there twice now and I will definitely be back. Oh! And breakfast was delicious. The staff is super kind.

Finding this boutique hotel in Tours was a pleasant surprise. I've stayed twice and put it at the top of my list for a future stay. Pluses include the welcoming staff, the design --you're not in a chain hotel, clearly lots of thought went into bringing an older hotel into the 21st century-- the comfortable bedding, having a desk and a chair and good lighting, modern and comfortable bathroom, a terrific breakfast with lots of choice and quality products (some reviewers have been a bit harsh -- it's a good breakfast!), and easy access to the train station in Tours. Two points aren't negative but deserve to be mentioned: it's a renovated/refurbished older building, maybe 100 years old, so there are some stairs and hallways (there's also an elevator); and there seem to be a variety of room types/sizes. I'll happily stay here again.

This is one of the strangest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is just across the street from the train station- if that is an important consideration. We were greeted by a delightful staff of young people and we had to wait in a small, non-descript lobby for awhile before our rooms were ready. On our way to our rooms we entered a dark hallway with strange life size characters from period posters on all the doors. The floor, walls and ceilings were all dark. I felt like I was in a spook alley. When I got to my room, it didn't look like the picture on the website which showed a rather spacious room with large windows. Instead it was a tiny room with a pocket bed. That being said, it was one of the best nights sleep I had on our trip. So my feelings remained mixed on this hotel.
We discovered that Tours has a very charming old town so we would probably stay there next time.

Fantastic location! We chose this hotel because we were doing day trips and a few escorted tours. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the train station and about 3 minutes to the Office de Tourisme and 15-20 min to center and most attractions.

We stayed in the largest room, which had a king-size bed with nice bedding—very comfortable. A huge bonus was the private theatre room with six large chairs and an extra-large TV. The room also had coffee and tea facilities, a small fridge, a safe, and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and a bathtub, plus super soft, oversized towels. Everything throughout the property was very clean.

Breakfast offered a good selection each morning. Ugo was there daily, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Rama at reception warmly greeted us, explained everything about the property, and spoke excellent English. She kindly checked us in on arrival and again checked us out five days later.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend LABE Hotel for its comfort, location, and outstanding service.

This is the perfect spot! I was staying in Tours for one night and needed something close to the train station and the tourism office (i booked a couple wine tours that day- all originating there!) The interior is so quirky and fun, I love it.
I elected for the tiny room because it was just me and wow- the more comfortable space ever. The bed was in a little nook with TV on the wall and thick curtain to block out any light and make you feel like you are in the most delicious cocoon. I don’t think I’ve ever taken a more enjoyable nap than there! My room was small but perfect for my needs which is why I booked this style. The front desk staff were so kind! I arrived very very early and they happily took my bags to keep and offered me breakfast, which was delicious. Though I speak French, I do not speak it too well and everyone was happy to switch to English for me, especially in the morning before coffee!
At night, my room was quiet and comfortable. AC is controlled in your room as well which is great.
Overall, 10/10 would recommend and I may schedule a trip to Tour just to stay here again!!

I had an excellent séjour here! The staff was amazing and accommodating from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They were kind, courteous, and they were very knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and the perfect size for me. I loved sitting by the open window enjoying my coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise over the neighboring buildings. The area was quiet, yet I was right in the heart of everything. I wish I could have stayed here longer!! Oh! And the décor was lovely. Very retro, while still maintaining some of the old authenticity of the building.

We stayed for 1 night at Labe en route to Saint Emillion.
I contacted the hotel prior to arrival enquiring re parking; first impressions were they were super helpful. We parked in an underground car park which was opposite and very secure.
Our greeting was warm and informative; again first impressions of the hotel was very positive.
We were pleasantly surprised by our room; very spacious with a great balcony. Very well equipped with bathrobes, slippers, Coffee machine, great toiletries etc.
We ordered room service which arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The star of the hotel was the young lady on Reception whose name I didn’t get!
She was brilliant! So helpful. She spent time showing us places to eat and where to walk in Tours. She was extremely informative.
We had a lovely nights sleep in a comfy bed!
Breakfast had a great choice and the coffee was great!
All staff again were great! There is a theme with this hotel - they really care about your experience!!
Would definitely return; highly recommend!

Bed was super comfortable, room wasn't large but was good and quiet. A/C worked well and hairdryer was the best. Owners and staff were super interesting and helpful. Decoration of hotel was fantastic. May not be your taste but fun, interesting, colorful, and felt like I was in a boutique hotel. Area was super convenient to everything.

The hotel is chic, centrally located, and the staff are literally nicest we encountered across the five hotels we stayed in across the region! Rama, the concierge, was helpful in making recommendations and was always there with a warm smile … which means a lot after a long day of touring! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the rooms were comfortable and well air conditioned. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you LABE hotel!

This is a great hotel in an excellent location. We had 2 nights in May, the reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and clean. There is an underground car park opposite.’

Great small hotel with a bit of whimsy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is in a public garage across the street ( a small inconvenience).
It is somewhat difficult to park in front of the hotel. You must be careful of traffic. Staff was prompt in helping us with our bags.
