Excellent location, staff, and property overall. It is a 5 min walk to the city center. The breakfast was also a good option.

Outstanding!! I cannot say enough about this special place. The view from our balcony was nothing short of breath taking, but what really makes it is the friendly staff. From what we understand, this is a family run hotel and smiles and recommendations were generously offered. I felt like they could not quite believe their own good fortune to live in such a stunning place and they were eager to share. I highly recommend the hike to the Lighthouse, just bring water and wear good shoes (the kind receptionist also made sure we were wearing sunscreen and made of point of stopping her car to see if we had a good time when she saw us returning).
Large, clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing location. We hope to return.

An absolute gem, one of the best hotels in my entire life, and I travel a great deal. Terrific location, just above the port restaurants and bars, but uphill enough to be quiet. Well decorated and spacious rooms and common areas. Incredibly gracious staff. And – I must admit – we had the top floor suite with stunning 270° views of the bay from our balcony. But even without that treat, I “pound the table“ to recommend this hotel.

A hidden gem in Calvi. Lovely, very clean and well appointed room with beautiful ocean views from our balcony. Great location, walked everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful in restaurant and sight seeing advice. Hope to return soon.

Nice hotel and in a good location with friendly staff, particularly Camille. Lots of offers of help with restaurants etc which was really kind. Not sure it’s a true 4* but it is good. The beach nearby is a bonus although it’s not at all special by Corsican standards. Pool is attractive to look at but can’t imagine using it as it’s kind of in the breakfast area…

Séjour très agréable et chaleureux. L’équipe de l’hôtel est clairement à la disposition des clients pour nous aider à apprécier Calvi et les environs au maximum. Les chambre sont belles, et confortable. Rien à redire, on reviendra !!!!!

Loved this hotel! It was beautifully presented, with quality bedding, a beautiful pool, bar, and everything else you could need. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Location was very close to main attractions but still in a quiet area. Parking underground was free and easy. The staff were so friendly - we would love to return!

We just spent a spectacular week at Maria-Die and cannot say enough about how delightful our experience was. The hotel is, as other reviewers have noted, new and in great condition, and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the port. The location is also quiet, which is a must for us, and the guests were all very respectful and low-key as well. Breakfast is very good, with many options. The best part of all, however, was the staff: This is a small hotel. Camille, Andre, Melodie and Ariana all work different shifts throughout the day and are extremely friendly and helpful. Anything we asked, they had answers or knew how to find them. They recommended restaurants, beaches, laundry services, and things to do. They were always eager to chat with us and made us feel very much at home. We had rooms overlooking the sea, and we spent every evening watching the sunset. All in all, a terrific and unforgettable time for us. Thank you, Maria-Die!

Perfect location, quiet but central. Andrew the owner is really friendly and has a great collection of Japanese Whiskey for the perfect nightcap!

Unsere Suite mit großer Dachterrasse hatte einen einmaligen Blick über die Bucht von Calvi. Der persönliche Service war einzigartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, etwas Streß beim Frühstück ( Andrang der Häste größer als vorhandene Plätze)

Hotel nuovo, elegante, silenzioso, vicino al centro di Calvi .
Lo staff si è mostrato gentile e disponibile.
Molto apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito.
Per quello che riguarda la colazione, dal secondo giorno di pernottamento non l' abbiamo
più consumata in struttura, perché non abbiamo ritenuto che vi fosse un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Consigliamo ai proprietari di offrire prodotti del territorio, come ad esempio salumi e formaggi tipici, frutta fresca, torte artigianali e yogurt che non sia quello del vasetto del supermercato.

Séjour dans un hôtel tout neuf, très bien décoré, convivial, avec un accueil excellent !
